Tierra Studios

I went to Tierra Studios to record an album with my college band. We are from Rice, and had never had a professional recording before, but I have recorded with my Jazz big band in high school, as well as with a jazz combo and vocal group in Los Angeles. I must say, Tierra Studios was the nicest studio I have ever been in. Their equipment is top notch– several rooms with great isolation, perfect systems and a huuuuge board with probably like 50 inputs. They said they had recorded full orchestras in there before, as well as other big name artists. Their pricing was also really reasonable, and the recording producer guy was a blast to work with. He plays bass trombone and is a total boss. Super nice guy with others who helped out with our recording as well… They took great care of us, and deserve 5 stars.
