Aurora Pisana is by far the best real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is straight forward, honest and very professional.

After reading all the positive reviews from everyone. I encouraged my boyfriend to sell his home with ULR. He worked with ANGEL FULTZ. The house was incomplete and was sold to a cash buyer that did a walk through with me. So ANGEL FULTZ didn’t do much from a selling point of view. She was very UNPROFESSIONAL by yelling at my boyfriend saying the property needed to be cleaned more and also made the comment during the closing of telling my boyfriend that he needed to stop claiming me as his wife since I would later on take half of his estate!!! She had no right to make such comment and no knowledge of the history of our relationship to make such remarks. I was disgusted after learning this, especially since I was the one who advised on ULR Properties and knowing she made a decent commission off the property after he wanted to find another realtor. Perhaps not all agents at ULR are this unprofessional as ANGEL FULTZ, but if you a person with any type of integrity I would advise NOT to work with ANGEL FULTZ.

Avi Sheleg at Urban Leasing helped me find the perfect place! He really listened to what I wanted in my new home. After seeing my first 2 places he quickly realized what I liked and didn’t like and reassured me he would help me find the perfect place for me. He worked with my budget and we spent a whole day looking at 5 different places. He was very patient and really advocated for me at every single property. He knows the Houston market really well and took me to the places he thought would be a fit for me. While visiting properties he asked questions for me and made sure I left well informed about each property. Avi is so polite and professional and most importantly so patient! After a day of looking at properties we sat and discussed each one in detail, he gave me his opinion and let me know there was no pressure to make a decision. He wanted me to be completely happy with the property I decided on and if none of them were a fit he would not give up on finding me one that was. I at no time felt pressured and he gave me good insight on each property. I am happy I found my new home thanks to Avi. I recommend him if you are in the hunt for your perfect home.

Dylan at Urban Leasing was amazing! My boyfriend and I were looking for a new apartment in the Heights area when we contacted Dylan. We told him what we were looking for and In less than an hour he sent a bunch of other places for us to look at. After looking at several (awesome) apartments it was so hard to decide! Dylan was extremely helpful and professional. I would highly recommend him and Urban Leasing if you are looking for a new place!

Stony Naquin made my husband and l’s home buying experience such a wonderful and enjoyable time. She was referred to us from my childhood best friend as she and her husband used Stony when they bought their home and then again when they sold their home. Stony helped us zone in on the perfect location for us and found our home in the heights. She then negotiated the heck out of it for us and we could not be happier with our home purchase. I used Stony Naquin recently to buy my house inside the loop. Stony was always really accessible and responsive, was patient with my ever-​changing list of priorities, had great information about the areas I was considering, and had excellent recommendations for getting bids for repairs and negotiating with the seller.
Stony was recommended to me by friends who also had an great experience buying a home in the heights with her — she was a tough negotiator for my friends and came up with some creative solutions when a seller dug their heels in on an overpriced house. Even better — when I’d mention to friends who work in real estate who I was working with, they also always had great things to say about her.
I’ve (briefly!) worked with realtors in the past who I felt I was inconveniencing with questions or requests — Stony couldn’t be more different. She really cared about helping my kids and I find a safe place that would make a happy home for my family. She may start out as your realtor, but it’s hard not to wind up counting someone like Stony as a friend after it’s all said and done. She really cares about her clients, and I think it’s important to her to help her clients find what they’re looking for. Stony’s the best!

While looking to lease a home a friend of mine gave me one of Dylan’s cards. I gave him a phone call, we talked about the areas and all of the aspects that I was interested in. Amy was a great relief in my apartment hunting adventures after we found out the news of my husbands job transfer. With only three days to pick an apartment, she listened to all our wants and needs and promptly provided us with numerous options. I’m relocating to Houston from AZ in a few weeks for a new opportunity with my job.

He is truly driven to not only meet but exceed expectations. I have Sean as my agent and hes great! Prompt, courteous and knows exactly what kind of information to get from each property, I went looking on my own and with other realator or locators and got bad service and every place was either in an unsafe area, to Costly, or old and outdated but with sean every Property was great, and just foud onewith 2 mths free a brand new property, right by the galleria, so I’m excited! &recommend Sean and this company, plus he drives you to different properties and has a pretty good schedule so if your like me moving last minute is perfect!, my current lease is up, and my place is already leased, so I’ve been picky, plus I have 2 dogs 50lbs each lol
