Came here to fill a couple prescriptions for my mom. Not the fastest pharmacy I’ve been to but they seems nice. They told us the wait time was an hour and half, but it drops to 30 mins when we told them that we don’t want to wait that long. Didn’t know we have an option of saying no when they asked if we were okay with waiting :-) 30 mins later, we got our medicine, however, we didn’t get all of our medicines. Luckily I checked the medicine before leaving and noticed that some medication were missing. Sigh. Probably won’t be back here to get my prescription filled.

Filling prescriptions here is very easy. I was quite impressed. I had a prescription at another Walgreens and I called this one to have it refilled. It was all automated and took less than 5 minutes. I was able to pick it up in 2 hours by going through the drive through. It was all very simple. I was quite impressed. I plan on using Walgreens for all of my future prescriptions.

Walgreens have been around for centuries, so I’m glad they’ve added the rewards card. This is my «run in» drug store as well as the place where I get prescriptions filled, so the rewards card is the best thing since sliced bread. Don’t believe me, just watch! By using the rewards card, you rack up points. When you receive so many points, they turn into dollars. Dollars mean FREESTUFF!!! Use the rewards card every time you go to Walgreens, and you can have your rewards pay for your items. I’ve gone several times and had enough rewards to pay for my items. This was much appreciated when I had to use all of my extra money to pay for gas. Now about this location… it’s big, clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Located next door to a couple of banks and slightly up and across the street from Kroger Signature makes this store a great location. You can’t go wrong stopping here. So… if you don’t have a rewards card, go pick one up and BEWELL!

Have now had multiple issues where I wait in line for 20 minutes up to 45 minutes, only to be told that my prescription that I called in two days ago is not ready or they are out of something and forgot to call me. I transferred all of my prescriptions to another company and I am deleting the Walgreens app. This location is horrible.

Clean and well stocked with short check out lines. Just wish that this one was a 24 hour one. Also they have two RedBox out front.

Hank G. That is a very nice photo you took of the store. I don’t know how you get that quality with that low of lighting but kudos to you. This particular Walgreens is usually a little busier than the ones that I frequent. It’s right there on the corner of Westheimer so the traffic feeds this client eating establishment. For a busy store they sure maintain cleanliness here. Management must be up to their par at this location, kudos to the managers and employees here. I’m always here for the junk food snacks and sodas, a little pricey but duh your in a Walgreens. Lines are a hit or miss depending on when you are here. Usually an average of 5 to 10 minutes is what I reason as my time of wait here.

No waiting in line, period. This Walgreen is spacious, clean, efficient, and has everything you want from a drugstore. Parking is breezy. Plus, they have a Redbox outside.
