I had my Rolex serviced by Walter. He is one of the few watchmakers in Houston that is Rolex authorized. He did it for a reasonable price and used all Rolex parts. I liked that he was upfront about cost and was able to get it done in less than one week. Definitely coming back.

These people are excellent. I required a music group changed on my own Speedmaster, plus they dealt with it rapidly in a excellent cost. Then, a few weeks later on, I curved the article – my very own performing; absolutely nothing related to their function or even the item – plus they changed it and refitted the wrist watch at no cost. Low prices and ideal services.

Uncle Walter has been servicing my Submariner for 17 years or so… The man uses genuine Rolex parts he’s honest and very reasonable .
I would recommend him to anyone that owns a Rolex and is not ready to pay and arm and a leg for service !!

This place is good. The customer service I received was astonishing. You can tell it is a family owned business, I saw the owner, his daughter and grandson working at the workshop, I already felt home.
I brought five watches, he immediately diagnosed the problem and asked me to come back within 48 hours. I have not picked up the watches yet and will update my review once the watches are received.
5+ stars for the customer service!

I take my watches to Walter all the time to repair, he does a fabulous job. His price compared to other places is reasonable. He is in this business for 40 years and definitely will recommend him to all my family and friends.

Brought in a older Rolex I inherited. It took about a week to get it back good as new! The shop uses original Rolex parts and charged much less than other watch repair places. I liked that it was a family owned business. The tech has been fixing watches for over 40 years. Will definitely recommend to friends and come back with my husband’s President.
