bootybarre is a fabulous workout! It combines elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and fitness(no experience in any necessary) to sculpt and tone and increase cardio endurance. It’s low– to no-impact and done to music. You can really start to see and feel the results in a month if you take at least 2 classes a week. bootybarre has toned my belly, upper arms, thighs and buns. I never leave class that I don’t feel like I have done something very good for myself!
