Place is a complete joke. I’ve been in the jewelry business and had family that owns a jewelry business for years and this place is ridiculous. Was in the area so I attempted to try a smaller shop because the two things I wanted were easy. A simple solder repair (any newbie could have done the job) and buff two bracelets were rocket science to the «jeweler» there. Also… buffing two brass bracelets for $ 50 a piece is a complete rip off plain and simple. I don’t know how this place stays open. Don’t bother. If I could give negative stars I would. They need to find a new profession.

About 2 years ago I was looking for a new watch for my husband for our anniversary. Went in to look at their selection and got greeted bad attitude. I even found a nice watch that I thought he’d like but I must not be their normal clientele. Well I didn’t buy the watch there. So last week the watch I ended up buying him needed a new battery so I thought I’d give them another try. I go in and get a similar looking down her nose attitude she takes the watch and tells me to come back in 15 – 20 minutes. I come back and the guy who changes the batteries has not even looked at the watch and she says with snottiness that I will have to come back tomorrow to get the watch cause it will take him a while to change it. I take my watch and leave. I went to the little watch shop and they replaced it with friendliness in about 10 minutes. This place lost 2 sales and a loyal client. Don’t judge a book by its cover.
