TJ Maxx

Shocked they are selling Longchamp now, this has an overflow of leftovers from Christmas, Valentines and Easter, somewhat hyperactive.

I am not a regular customer of this place. But from the first time, when I came there I did not get an excellent experience, especially about their bathroom. It was dirty, I was upset.
Speaking about the staff I can not tell the exact information, because some of them were kind and polite while the other were rude.
The prices are reasonable and the quality of the items is not very high. It is my opinion, but many of my friends like this place.

I love TJ maxx! This one is a bit more overpriced though. I’m guessing it’s because of the area. Either way I always find good things.

By far my favorite TJMaxx in town. I live in cypress and it’s worth the drive to this location. They have more of a high end selection for their purses, shoes, and jewelry.
Clean and organized store. An extremely convenient location. My all time fave.

Decent deals

I am not a regular customer, but I have always thought the associates at this TJ Maxx were friendly, professional and kind. They have now exceeded any expectation I could imagine. Five days ago, after having my nails done, I ran through to have a quick look around. I didn’t purchase anything, but had fun looking at everything.
That evening, I realized I had lost my bracelet which happened to be sterling and 18K … needless to say, I was sick. I looked through my car, went through our house, the yard and called the only places I thought I could have lost it with no luck. I figured if it had come off while I was in a retail shop, it was lost forever. Tuesday afternoon, I went to the post office and decided to pop into TJ Maxx on a whim to see if anyone had turned in my bracelet. To my surprise, they had my bracelet!!! One of their associates had found it and turned it in!!! It was safely locked in a drawer at the register. In this day and age, it is so rare to find such honesty and integrity!
To this person, thank you so very much — you are a special individual! To the management at TJ Maxx, you all should be proud to have this wonderful person on your team!

Great location. Good store — clean, organized, friendly staff, a couple young guys helped me find a missing shoe — it was in the back of the store for some reason. Thanks guys.

I came here for a single sheet… they didn’t have any which was disappointing. I was in the place for only a few minutes so I don’t have much else to say, but it seemed pleasant enough I guess?

Always have great finds. good place to buy those cotton summer dresses and sandals without breaking the bank.

I often frequent this location during lunchtime. Parking isn’t bad and I’m usually in and out within an hour. I’ve never considered reviewing TJMAXX, but today was different. Positively different.
I’m giving this location 5 stars for the GREAT customer service I saw from the manager on duty. I didn’t catch his name, but he was happy to be at work, enthusiastic to help customers and made it known that he was there to assist. As I was deciding on what shampoo to buy (always a struggle between BedHead + Paul Mitchell), I hear Mr. Manager asking customers if there’s anything he can help find… Wishing people a nice day (a few by name)… and bringing carts to those that didn’t have one.
If people didn’t have a smile on their face going in. they definitely had one while shopping at TJ. Love this place and thank you for a reason to smile today, Mr. Manager :)

I was very excited to see a T.J. Maxx in what seemed to be a very long time. I just moved to Texas and I was so excited that I did cartwheels all the way to the doors… ok. I’m exaggerating. I only did one. Anyways, the prices aren’t that reasonable and I understand since this place is located in a wealthy neighborhood, but remember that those with less probably spend more there then those that can just pay full price of the price tag. Only thing I’ll come back for is a Michael Korrs handbag!!!

I’ve been to a lot of Tjmaxx’s in my life but this location is by far the best! Good selection of everything!

This is a great location. The store is full of great deals and you don’t have to hunt down things like some other stores.

Why does’t this place sell kids shoes??? I looked everywhere, because no one was willing to help me at all. I won’t be going back to this location.

My favorite store to get athletic stuff and random things! Their inventory is massive. Price is a little higher than Ross but you get better stuff there and more selection. It’s more friendly to small sized people than Ross too for athletic clothes.

Due to the high end neighborhood that this location sits in the middle of, this TJ Maxx gets a great inventory. I had an extremely successful visit here recently where I tried on 15 things had like at least 5 of them and had to convince myself to narrow it down to 2 items. They had Ellie Tahari, Studio M, many brands that you would see at department stores. They also had some cute Jack Rogers sandals! Sadly, I could not find my size. Ladies, be sure to come check out this location. It’s even beneficial to come on a regular basis to see items as they arrive!

I like this place. Good things at good prices if you don’t mind a little chaos and digging for the good stuff. I am not always in the mood for places like this, but if I am I the mood, I can generally find some pretty good stuff.

Worst service in town, lazy employees
Had a line of like 30 people, and only 2 check out ladies, and they were texting, and «holla» ing across the store to their friends, friends that were also behind the counter like when you gonna get off work girl, damn girl we need to goto the club tonight…
I walked out of the line, as well as about 5 other people, shame since we had a cart full of stuff… sad, I guess the cheap deals come with cheap employees… i’m done with TJ Max, Marshalls here I come…

I love T.J. Maxxing.
This location has it all: luggage (Burton, Diane Von Furstenburg), designer handbags, chic laptop bags, backpacks, shoes, home décor, apothecary items, sporting goods … let the entire family loose in here and they’ll come back to you with a cart full of «must-​haves.»
Two years in a row, I’ve snagged $ 300 fancy, Southern Belle hats for the Kentucky Derby for a little over $ 100. I shop around at Nordstrom, Macy’s, you name it, but this T.J. Maxx always has the fabulous look I’m going for.
The purses alone are worth clearing out your bank account, but that’s a different story. And the checkout service isn’t as bad as this location as many others – especially as you drift off to the hood.
If it’s home goods you are looking for, yes, Marshall’s Home Goods is next door, but they’re a tad bit more pricey. The same Yankee Candles at Marshall’s for $ 12 were about $ 7 right next door here at T.J. Maxx, so come here FIRST. That goes for pillows, comforters and towels. Pretty much anything! …Salon-​brand shampoos, Chi products, soaps and body lotions, bath salts, mani-​pedi sets too. Skip Saphora and try this spot first.
And on their website, it shows that this location offers layaway service and «The Runway At Maxx,» which is basically higher end gear. My only problem with discount stores such as T.J. Maxx and Marshall’s is that they exaggerate on your savings. You know the:

I know my brands, and some cheapy stuff they have like Soda and Michael Antonio are «originally» marked up much more than what I’ve found at the mall. So don’t buy something just because you think you’re getting such a fabulous deal, buy it cause you just got to have it!
