Edible Arrangements

I’ve never had such an amazing experience at this location. The customer service representative catered to my every need not only was she friendly she went above and beyond sending my arrangement to a store in Florida, she called the store and I had my arrangement delivered on time and everything! I had a smoothie and my sister had a fruit salad! The fruit was so fresh!!! I was totally happy in this location and I will be going back again! Pineapple kale smoothies are the best!!!

The lady behind the counter was extremely rude. If you can’t act happy and fake a smile your in the wrong business (customer service). I went there on two separate occasions to order a fruit parfait which they have on their menu. Fist time she told me they were to busy to make it, the second time she said they did not have any cut up fruit. What the hell? No cut up fruit at an edible arrangements? I’ll drive to the one in 5 towns from now on.

Every year for my birthday my mother sends me an edible arrangement, to embarrass me around the office and also to feed my love for making any kind of food fattening, even fruit. Over the years Edible Arrangements has stepped its game up.
This year I received a HUGE birthday cake shaped platter filled with balled honeydew, cantaloupe, chocolate dipped cupcake shaped pineapple, and strawberries. Also this year the big surprise was the pineapple cut into the shape of 26 — how old I turned this year. It is amazing what they can do with fruit now of days.
I have to remark on the ripeness of Edible Arrangements arrangements, I work in an office where fresh direct delivers us fresh fruit twice a week, in January in NYC there are NO ripe pineapples. The pineapple I had in the arrangement tasted like it came from a tropical island.
Lastly, I must review how amazing this location makes fruit smoothies. They are my top pick for fresh smoothies. All the use is fruit and ice so it is very natural and healthy. I have a smoothie about once a week from Edible Arrangements, that is how good they are.

Walked in and waited my turn while the counter clerk took care of a couple. Approximately 10 minutes later, she proceeded to look at me but walked into the back preoccupied with other tasks. She then returns and asked impatiently if I was there to place an order. Obviously I replied yes and she rudely said I will have to wait some more until she will free herself from organizing orders to be dispatched to the driver. Awful service. Will never order from them again.

Always great customer service at this location!
The staff will even run out from behind the counter to open the door for you or help carry your arrangement to your car.
Very friendly and fast service.

They always decorate for holidays. Small location but they have the best customer service. I ordered a large sized item and they made it in 15 minutes. Friendly and welcoming representatives.
