Precision Door Service has been proudly servicing Massachusetts, Connecticut and South Eastern New Hampshire since 1998. We have serviced more than 60,000 New England homeowners making us New England’s largest residential garage door company. We are family owned and have employees living throughout our service area. We do not employ subcontractors like most garage door companies. We fully train our technicians and conduct regular back ground and drug screens on all our technicians. We understand that we are sending people to your home.

We provide 24×7 customer service-​we don’t send you to voice mail, we answer the phone! We have 13 fully stocked vans and typically provide 2-​hour service windows. Walt bought Precision Door in 2009 after spending nearly 25 years running large consulting and database companies. Walt bought the company knowing that the only way company’s like Precision Door can differentiate themselves from the competition is to focus on the customer experience. In addition, Walt understands that your garage door is not something that you want to think about… you expect it to work. As a result we we only use the finest quality parts and make sure that our technicians are true experts and know how to solve problems and troubleshoot the root cause of your door’s issues.
