My wife and I have been using this cleaner for some time now, it is quite convenient as we can drop off and pick up pretty much anytime we go to Krogers next door. In the last few months they have gone from actually a good cleaner to an absolute disaster.(I was told it had been sold, perhaps that is the reason). A couple of months ago, my son told me that he had quit using them because they were crushing the buttons on basically brand new expensive business shirts. Tonight I went there with my wife and picked up some sport shirts and polo shirts with our company’s logo, but before I could get my items, we had to basically insist that they look for it as the guy said he could not find it, and insinuated that we never brought anything in. After about ten minutes of this they find my items, then they refuse to let me pay with a credit card«because it was not quite $ 10.00», I was about to tell them to put it back that I would go to an ATM for cash, when my wife dug in the bottom of her purse and found nine dollars. I don’t know what sort of merchant services they use to process their credit card payment, I am a business person myself and it is very little and never a minimum, so it always ends up being less than .019%. no matter what. These idiots want to be in business without paying the price of being in business. We spend quite a bit of money per month at this place, the $ 10.00 is not what we normally spent per trip there, more like $ 35 at least twice per month, first they say I never took my clothes in to be dry cleaned, then, when they find my clothes they want me to just pay $ 10 if I want to use my credit card… We will not go back, never! I do not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away, bad service.

I do not recommend this cleaners we took a brand-new silk Tommy Bahamas shirt that was $ 128 it was obviously supposed to be dry cleaned however they washed it and shrunk it probably two sizes when we took it back to management to show them along with the receipt showing we had just purchased at the manager was very rude and said they didn’t do it. He would never talk in person only over the phone. The young man working had to phone the owner and send pictures of the tiny shirt. Needless to say… it was not taken care of. On top of that he took five pair of shorts which four had to go back because they were all dirty from the iron and had yellow on both sides. They did re clean those but there again another hassle. I will NEVER go back.

I had been using TC Cleaner for several years but today is the last they will see of me. just in the last month their service has gotten awful. I brought a new French cuff to be press and there was some type of yellow stain on the cuffs. I picked up another new shirt and the top button was gone, another new shirt and both small inner cuff buttons were broke in half. The owner wants to tell me the way it was sewed on or the quality of the button is poor. Full of excuses and not a chance of him taking responsibility for the problems. I do not recommend anyone to go to TC Cleaner.

My hubby gets his laundry dry cleaned and pressed here every week and has for nearly 3 years. Always pleased! Never an issue. Fairly priced. I’ve had several dresses cleaned here and even our drapes. Nice people, dependable care. We’re happy with them!

I’ve been using this place for a few months because it’s inexpensive and convenient, but the quality of their work is consistently poor. I’ve decided I will no longer be using this cleaner. I had some jeans altered(brought up/hemmed) and they never bothered to even match the thread color, texture… nothing. So I’ve got several pairs of designer jeans with thread that doesn’t match. I asked before hand if they did this kind of work and they assured me that they did. Anyway, it’s just the small stitches across the bottom of the pant, I’m not too picky so even after that I kept going there and didn’t complain about it. Then I had some dress pants done. It wasn’t as bad as the jeans, that was really poor quality work, but it was sloppy. Oh well I said, it’s just for work and hard to notice. So I kept going there and never complained. Finally my dress shirts kept coming back from being cleaned and pressed looking terrible, I would take them home and iron them again. I decided I would ask for the shirts to be pressed and for creases on the sleeves. I’ve always received clean pressed shirts from other places and I just thought it was the norm, so I thought maybe some people don’t want that, so maybe they don’t do that unless you request it. So I dropped off my dress shirts and asked that they be lightly starched and pressed with creases on the sleeves. Again… they came back just so sloppy looking. I’ve been in a job that requires me to clean and press my work clothes for about 15 years, and this is by a long shot the worst work I’ve ever seen, and it’s consistently bad. In fact in 15 years of regular dry cleaning I’ve never had a complaint with any other dry cleaner. I kept going to this place because I’m not too picky, but I finally just decided that it’s craziness to be paying for the service and then going home and re-ironing everything. That and it’s just principal, there are lots of dry cleaners out there, I shouldn’t be standing behind poor quality work. Maybe some of it is my fault for never having complained. All that being said, I thought the employees were all very friendly, but that can only get you so far.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. When I walked in the girls behind the counter were too busy texting to even look up. The time frame and price were good, but it was another story when I put on my new clean clothes. They shrunk a couple pairs of pants and ruined a brand new sweater. It looks like it was made for a 5 year old. Will never go back.
