good food but kind of pricey because basically you are making your own dish. very filling though.

Love love this restaurant! They have the best sushi. I highly recommend the spider hand rolls. They are the best I’ve ever eaten.

They were completely empty and it still took us 20 minutes to even get a menu. They did not to even show you how to do the stir-fry…they didn’t specify that it’s only one bowl per person anywhere visible, so I used mine and my husbands since he was getting sushi. They ended up making two separate stir-frys one with meat and one with veggies. Poor service overall.

I really like to come here with my son. We can get what we want and we have fun. The sauces are good, and the serving bowls are a fun as well. We will be back again for sure!

I ordered a spicy salmon and spicy tuna handroll and made a lunch bowl. The tuna had a fake red color to eat and did not taste like fresh tuna at all. There was a Chinese guy there who barked orders across the restaurant. It wasn’t pleasant to sit between him and the waitstaff. The stirfry bowl was good, except the artificial crab meat came out with a gummy texture. I’ve had better mongolian bbq and sushi. Won’t be back.

Decently priced sushi but as for the sushi itself, it’s nothing special. With the avocado within the sushi, sometimes it’s ripe but sometimes it tastes like it’s not ripe enough. Also, they need to roll it better because right when I pick it up, it’ll fall apart. The good thing is that the roll itself is pretty big. As for the service they are pretty good about greeting me and getting my food as fast as they can. Will come back whenever I feel particularly lazy.

The sushi here is not great, but that’s what you get when ordering from a Mongolian style establishment. The service was good, kid was attentive and did everything we needed. It’s an okay place, worth a visit for lunch.

Nice environment, modern and clean. Very friendly service came in mid afternoon to discover they have a wonderful happy hour menu of rolls. Rolls are huge pieces, could be smaller to make easier to eat. We had lobster roll, monster roll, and crunchy crab.

The food has always been excellent, as has the sushi. I have been here multiple times and everything is always very flavorful and exactly the way I want it. Couple of things, though: 1) it’s weird how it’s always hot in that place. I don’t know if the booth seats just don’t breathe or if they need to turn the AC down a little bit, but I’m always hot here. 2) I met my parents here for my birthday last month. I don’t know if it was because they said they were waiting on someone, but they were completely and utterly confused about how things worked there when I showed up. They had no idea what the system was, or that you put together your own bowl, or anything. Same thing happened to me my first time there. Maybe the waitstaff need to be trained to explain the system without having to be asked, or maybe there should be some signage in a more obvious location. 3) I asked my waiter which rolls were cooked because I am pregnant and can’t have anything raw. Instead of actually answering my question, he said, «I would just stick with a bowl then.» I didn’t ask your opinion, dude, I asked which rolls were safe for me to eat so I wouldn’t waste everyone’s time searching through their extensive sushi menu.

If I had known that their sushi happy hour was THIS great, I would have come a whole lot more! It’s as if the choo-choo sushi place never left. The server was super accommodating and food for the price is excellent!

Our families favorite spot. Kids enjoy the bowls & we love the sushi! My favorite is the lobster rolls. Lunch hour menu has great deals. I’ve taken some other friends who are now addicted to this place to.

Tried this place out for the first time today as we were craving sushi and noodles so it was a perfect fit. We ordered: 1. Sushi Regular Dinner(1 California roll &6 pc nigiri) — 3⁄5 pretty good sushi but the slices of fish on the nigiri pieces were on the thick side(makes for plentiful portions though) 2. Dinner bowl of the Mongolian stir-fry — 4⁄5 small bowl so learn to maneuver the ingredients but a large selection to choose from. Ambiance is quite nice and comfortable but casual and hip. Seems like a good place for holding an event like a birthday as they have a nice bar.

Great sushi spot! I believe we found our go-to spot, yay! Fish is fresher than most places I’ve tried over here. Better than Rising Sun in Humble, and Akashi in Kingwood. Rolls are way better in size, fish quality, and price. Service was good. Our waiter doesn’t speak English too well but he understood what we asked for. Good enough for us! This place is a must try if you’re looking for good sushi.

The man and I love sushi, especially if it’s close and at a good price and found a gem if a place here. We were sat right away. Off to a good start. First, our order: — Hot Saki… duh. how could we not? Ok, we had 2 large. Don’t judge just enjoy. — Glass of Ecco Domini for me and a beer for the man. — Edamome… cuz u just gotta. — Lion King Roll — Spiderman Roll — Volcano Roll — Crazy Lover It was all amazing! Service was spot on; maybe slightly over doing it. Server came to the table every few minutes for our entire stays, about 2 hours. We have 4 kids and don’t get time alone often. We went back for a take out order 4 days later. We were not disappointed!

Regular customer! Found pice of hard sharp plastic inside one of our sushi’s. Told the waiter which really did not seem to care, after a while(12 minutes) manager came to our table and ‘kind of apologized ‘. The Manager and the sushi chef were very defensive and at some point kind of rude, specially the man preparing the sushi. Wish their customer service would be a little more professional and not defensive and rude. Mistakes happen, learn to accept.

This is an adventuresome place to eat. Sushi is excellent and you make your own stir fry. Its intimidating at first but just let the nice people here guide you. Very helpful and its really a cool happy experience. Definitely come with a mate.

Yes sir, this is my place. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Clean toilets. Sushi and Mongolian style BBQ. I take three eggs and end up with a full bowl. The sushi has the biggest pieces of fresh fish anywhere. 2−3x as much fish!

Pretty awesome happy hour deals here! From 12:30−5pm Mon-Friday they have some great sushi happy hour deals– the have a huge variety of rolls and other appetizers that range from $ 1.50-$ 4.00. The rolls are usually 4 pieces so it’s not a huge order but the pieces are sizeable and allows for more variety. My husband and I were pretty filled up on 5 orders of sushi, which was around $ 18 worth. The sushi itself is decent– the sashimi is fresh and the rolls are well made. Favorites were the SOS roll, the crazy lover, rainbow, and the sea dragon. An order of 2 salmon nigiri was $ 2.50. They got our tables many orders out within 15 minutes, service was fast and polite. Really enjoyed it here and hope to return if I’m in the area!

This place is pretty good. They have the stir fry bowls where you put all the ingredients you want in the bowl and they cook it and bring it out. They also have very good sushi! The peach tea is yummy too! My only complaint is that is pretty pricy. And, if you go to get take out at lunch time they won’t let you order off the lunch menu. All that succeeded in was losing my business during lunch.
