Mark of Excellence

Took my car in to Mark of Excellemce dor my carpet and seats to be cleaned, because they were horrible, if this did not work, my only alternative would to be reupholstery. my grand kids and the dog, coffee, sodas had posted their fingers across my seats and carpet. The price worth the chance with Mark of Excellence the seats spotless the carpet spotless.

Was impressed with the amount of time they took. Communication through the process was great. Overall, I was very satisfied with the job. But, for $ 165, I would have expected them to spot the fog and fingerprints on the inside of the liftgate window. That being said, the tint is very dark, they were trying to get us out by closing and they did spend 2.5 hours detailing the vehicle by hand. And the inside of the car was really filthy. Really impressed with how clean they got the cup holders. Trust me. They were bad. So, I will be back. I’ll just remember to check the back window before driving off. That one’s on me, too. :)

I have a brand new hatchback which is only driven two days a week. I only needed a basic wash since I had washed it a week before. The whole process took about 1 and half hours. I stayed inside where the sofas and TV were, but I couldn’t see my car when I looked out the windows. After a while the gentlemen came in and said it was taken a while because the car was brand new and he wanted it to look really nice. Only time I saw my car was when they pulled it up and I saw them wiping it down. I do have to say this was the driest I’ve ever seen a car after a wash. Overall it was meh, I’ve experienced better. The gentleman was very nice, but for such a simple was I only expected to be there for about 30 minutes. I’m having a hard time finding a good hand car wash. I usually go to Dr. Wash off of Jones and 1960 which only takes about an hour for a wash and a hand applied wax, even when its busy.

I took my red 2014 corvette stingray there on saturday morning to get it handwashed, and it was the worst wash i have ever seen and $ 25. It was done in less than 10 minutes, the interior was not even wiped down and the rear bumper was filthy. I will never go back here!

My niece and I visited for the first time today. The gentlemen there did an excellent job on my car ($ 25).
While you’re waiting for your car, there is an air-​conditioned sitting area with 2 reclining sofas. I was happy to not have to sit outside if we didn’t want to.
There is also a food truck outside, and a barber shop next door. There were several cars ahead of me, but that was because of the nice weather we finally got here, and because of the barber shop clientele.
