The dentist is great but beware if you cancel an appointment. You will get a bill for $ 80.00 even if you cancel 72 hours in advance. Bummer cause I really loved them.

They really do not know how to properly process insurance claims, I had a similar experience. I ended up getting charged the difference that the insurance wouldn’t pay and it’s their fault. Plus I got the feeling the dentist was not trustworthy

At first glance Dr. Rassouli’s «Center for Oral Health» in Huntington Beach, seems like a very inviting place, with friendly faces and accommodating scheduling.
However, you should not be fooled, there are many pitfalls, if you are taken in by these friendly faces. Dr. Rassouli was my dentist for a few years, and thousands upon thousands of dollars later, I have learned my lesson.
Example 1:
They have no idea how to bill insurance, or do they? I always got inaccurate estimates and bills from Center for Oral Health that I was told to ignore, or to pay because they made a mistake. Their billing felt very shady, and they always tried to up-​sell you or offered only the most expensive options. I always had to call them about bills that made no sense …
Example 2:
My wife had a terrible experience with the Doctor and his staff being very pushy with her mouth-​guard (she grinds her teeth). They only gave her one option and it was terrible, bulky, tasted disgusting and was extremely uncomfortable. Their staff was always pretty nice to me, but my wife always felt pushed into decisions.
Example 3: (The Doozie)
I had a root canal done on a crown, Dr. Rassouli did it himself, and he had to go in twice because he didn’t get all of the root the first time. Now, present day, a couple years later I have two abscesses in my gums near the tooth because, wait for it … He still did not get all of the root in that same tooth! I had an oral surgeon consult tell me that my previous Dentist should not have attempted this root canal himself, and instead he should have recommended a specialist. I am paying dearly for this decision, in addition to the $ 3k already spent on the original root canal + crown, I have to do it all over again, for another $ 3k somewhere else! That is assuming they can save the tooth! If these specialists cannot then it will be extracted and I’ll need an implant or bridge …
There you have it folks, a tri-​fecta of reasons why you should consider going elsewhere for your «Oral Health».

I was so very impressed with the staff they were prompt friendly an made you fell comfortable the facility is awesome my first impression was am I really at a dentist office it was so modern and clean I would highly recommend this place to anyone a job well done I could not have made a better choice.

If you are in the market for a new dentist, Dr. Rassouli and his staff are the place to go. Their office is run so efficiently, the staff is so friendly and Dr. Rassouli is so kind, patient and informative about your dental health.

Dr. A and his team are amazing!!! I recently finished Invisilign and wonder why I didn’t do it sooner. Dr. A knew I was apprehensive to undergo the treatment but took good care of me and has literally changed my life. His staff makes me feel right at home and comfortable. Dr. A really listened to what I wanted to get out of Invisilign and helped me achieve that successfully! I haven’t smiled this much in years!!! Thank you Dr. A and I will definitely talk about you to my friends.
