Chris is AMAZING!!! We recently did our engagement photos with Chris at Disneyland and words can’t express our gratitude to what an amazing, professional, and overall fun time we had with Chris. My fiancé and I aren’t the most excited people when it comes to taking pics but Chris really knew how to make us feel relaxed. Chris went above and beyond to get so many beautiful and fun pics with all the beautiful backgrounds that Disneyland and California adventure have to offer. Oh and waiting for our pics… What wait time, he gave us our finished, retouched pics in no time and he even photoshopped in our wedding date and a few other simple phases I asked of him. We can’t wait to have Chris photograph our wedding we just know it will be everything and more than we could ever expect.

Chris did an amazing job both on a couples’ photo shoot with my husband, as well as a ballet photoshoot in the park. He has a lot of energy and knows how to bring you out. My images turned out great! Definitely a keepsake. :) Thank you Chris!

Chris did a fantastic job on our engagement pictures and my boudoir photos. He is very professional but is humble enough for suggestions. I like that he is creative and guides you through the photo shoot.

Within 5 minutes of meeting Chris, we felt so comfortable! It was as if we’d known him forever. After a terrible experience with another photographer we had to let go of, we were very excited to talk with Chris. He had amazing ideas for a personal, unique engagement shoot. The first thing that drew me in was obviously his amazing pictures. But what I loved was that when I complimented how well he captured that naturally happy look, he explained how he helps create those looks; that they don’t always happen so naturally when you have a camera in front of you– something my husband and I experienced with our other photographer, who’s idea of capturing those beautiful natural moments was to hide behind a tree while our direction from her was to «interact naturally». Chris and his assistant were such a pleasure to work with in both our engagement shoot and on our wedding day! I was overwhelmed with the abundance of images we received back from both events and all were stunning. He exceeded my expectation and helped us all feel so relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera. He has great pose ideas, gives lots of direction when needed, makes you laugh, and has a contagious enthusiasm.
My only recommendation to Chris is to get more of your images up on social media /​blog for all brides to see! Your work is amazing and the best way to share that with brides-​to-​be is to post them!

Chris did an awesome job on our engagement and wedding photos! He was very energetic, creative, and very open to whatever ideas we had. We just loved our engagement photos and the wedding photos were amazing! We had him and his partner for our wedding day and they were by our sides the whole time. Chris came up with some original ideas for props in photos and ways to make our photos fun!

My husband and I were celebrating our 20 year anniversary this month and wanted to have our pictures done professionally. We stayed at the beach the week of our anniversary and I thought it would be the perfect place for our pictures, but I did not know who to hire. I searched the Internet, found Chris and then looked him up on Unilocal.His reviews and pictures looked perfect, so I decided to hire him. I am beyond ecstatic with our photos. He made us feel very comfortable from the minute we met him and had lots of laughs during the photoshoot. I can not stop looking at the finished product.

Chris is an incredibly talented photographer!!! We hired Chris pretty late in the wedding planning stages, but from the beginning he has been super patient and understanding of our crazy/​busy schedules. He has always remained extremely professional, enthusiastic and accommodating! For our engagement shoot, he drove all the way to Mid-​Los Angeles, in horrible traffic, only to arrive early and wait on the bride (me of course), for an additional hour and a half, to finish getting dolled up… I was EXTREMELY apologetic, but like the true professional he is, the moment he saw me he greeted me with a smile from ear to ear, complimented me and showed great enthusiasm in making the shoot the best experience we could have imagined! He made us feel so comfortable and shot some amazing pictures of us! We just picked up a copy of our photos (which took him no time to retouch), and seeing the finished product leaves us so excited to see how great he will make us look on our wedding day! He always answers emails and text in a timely manner, and is open to making any vision a top priority, adding a beautifully artistic twist. I wouldn’t trust anyone else but him with the responsibility of shooting the most important day of my life! Thank you for everything Chris!!!

Chris did a tremendous job as our photographer for our engagement pictures and our wedding. For our engagement shoot, he was able to bring out the best in us and really capture some great moments. We even requested to have our puppies in the pictures and it turned out to be some great shots.
For our wedding, he was very good in directing our wedding party of 7 bridesmaids and 7 groomsmen into getting us to where we needed to be for the best shots which is pretty hard with that many people. He loves action shots and the pictures really had a lot of life and beautiful color to them.
If I got married again (haha, just kidding to my wife), I would definitely use Chris.

We had Chris for both our Engagement and Wedding. I’ve never had as much fun taking pictures! He finds a way to relate to you and make it personal, never felt like he was just doing a «job». Most important of all is that the quality of pictures is fantastic and our album is amazing.

I met Chris at the LA Bride World Expo last month. I signed up for the free Engagement shoot giveaway that he offered. About a week later I recived an email from Chirs letting me know that I was the lucky winner.
I was super excited but mistakenly added the shoot to my calander on the wrong date. I missed the shoot but I never heard from him before our picture date or after so I emailed him. I emailed him wondering if he would still be willing to do the complementary shoot that he had offer us.
When he called me, he asked if I had a photographer already and I said I did. Which he new from our original conversation. Then he asked why didnt I have my photographer take our pictures and I mentioned that had but was intrested in the pictures he was going to take for us.
All of the sudden Chris got nasty and rude. I told him I was only calling to inquire about taking the pictures and understood if he couldnt do them. I didnt want him taking pictures for us out of pitty or be upset while taking the pix. Well he refused to take our «complimentary engagement pix». I’m glad it turned out that way since his attitude was aweful.
Not once did he mention that he would only take our pictures if we didnt have a photographer. He didnt even mention that upon regestering at the Expo. Apprently he doesnt keep his word!

I used Chris Chavira at CCimages last month to photograph a clients house I was selling in Cypress, CA. Great pictures definitely help sell a home and Chris did a great job!
All the pictures had great lighting and really showcased the home really well. He also had all of the pictures and proofs back to me in only 1 day. This was very important to me as it didn’t delay my marketing efforts in getting this home sold. The home sold in only 1 week with offer over asking price and I think the pictures CCimages provided had a lot to do with these results!

My husband and I had Ccimages cover both our engagement shoot and our wedding.
We had our shoot at a cute little park in Huntington Beach and it was so much fun! Chris was awesome. We felt so comfortable and we had a great time. Another great thing was that we had just met him that very day too, but felt like we had known him for a while. That’s when you know you have a good connection with someone and that’s when we knew that we wanted him to photograph our special day.
We got married on January 25, 2014 and Chris was wonderful. He was on time, he was fun, and he had so many amazing ideas for all the photos. I loved how he wasn’t just taking your typical wedding portraits, but he put an artistic spin on each photo.
My husband and I are so pleased with the photos that we have received so far. We will be receiving the rest in the mail very soon!

Oh and I cannot forget to mention is partner Vaugn, he was great! He photographed the guys getting ready and ran the photo booth! (which was a huge hit!) definitely would relive this night with these guys again!

My husband and I had Chris as our wedding photographer and couldn’t be happier. We did our engagement shoot with him at Huntington Beach with a 1940’s Hollywood theme and our photos turned out to be incredible. He is so creative, makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera, and the shoot was a blast. We used these pictures in a sign in book at our wedding and our guests kept complimenting the book, most people had never seen anything like it. The day of the wedding, I felt like I had nothing to worry about with Chris as our photographer, I knew he would capture all of the moments and we have so many pictures to show for it. He really listens to what you want out of your pictures and makes sure that you not only capture the day but have fun doing it. I would recommend him to anyone. He is a talented photographer and a great person to work with.

Chris was superb for my engagement/​wedding photos! I highly recommend him for any event you need a photographer for.
My husband does NOT like taking photos, and even told Chris throughout both shoots «this is stupid» and Chris just went with it, trying to keep him distracted even though he was borderline having a tantrum. I was amazed at how many great shots he got, since my husband was just not cooperating at all. If you’re dealing with anti-​photo people, you found the right guy.
Chris was great about incorporating photos I asked for, and staging us to take photos I didn’t think of. But they all looked great! The wedding photos were perfect because I know every single guest was photographed, and he got tons of great candids of the family. Including two hyper four year olds! He also took a bunch of those «décor» photos I’m going to want to remember — but without me even noticing, until I got my disks.
He was super flexible with the timing, coming to us for the engagement shoot, and he’s so personable and friendly everyone thought he was a family friend doing our photography.
May I just also add — my photos look great for not being a size 2 bride. Almost all of the photos were flattering to the women in my family, and since I’m the one who cares, that’s an added bonus for me!

My wife and i had twin boys in April, and we couldn’t wait to get professional portraits of our family done.
