Edindale Dry Cleaners, Tailoring and Tuxedo Rentals specializes in tuxedos for wedding parties, high school formal events, black tie affairs, dry cleaning services for every day clothing and formal attire, drive-​up and delivery services available, wedding gown alterations, and wedding party tuxedo packages. Our tailors are available almost every day of the week and our alterations team can handle any material and no job is too big or too small. We have dry cleaning machines on the premise for a quick turn around time for those «emergency» situations. Our tailoring and alterations department stitches to perfection where no job is too big or too small; and lastly we offer unbeatable tuxedo specials for all occasions and bridal alterations expertise. Our tuxedos are only of the highest quality made of 100% wool.

These people are the best. They are always friendly and happy to help. I had something come up last minute and they were able to press two of my shirts in about two hours. They didn’t even charge me extra. I am very pleased with their customer service and professionalism. I will not take my cleaning or alterations anywhere else in Huntington Beach.

This is a special place. The staff treat their customers like family. I randomly found Edindale Tuxedo and Tailoring while frantically trying to find a same day tuxedo rental. In the 30 minutes or so it took to get fitted and pay for the tuxedo, a handful of customers came in, all of whom were elated to see the owners and gave them big hugs. I’ve never seen something like this. The tuxedo looked great and the owner even gave me a couple extra items because I couldn’t decide on the style of tie and shirt. Truly professional, courteous, and efficient. I will go out of my way to use their dry cleaning services from now on. Thank you!

Came here to get suits for all of my groomsmen. The lady was nice and even stayed open a little late to accommodate us. The price was very fair. Then things went downhill. We added ties to our order later on and she was very confusing over the phone (telling us they would be different colors) which started to concern us. We ensured everything would match, and I even went back in before the wedding to make sure everything was in line and tell her we also no longer needed shoes because we all bought matching Vans. We get everything for the wedding and the pants are all different (some with stripes down the side, some without), one shirt didn’t have the same colored buttons and one of the shirts was HUGE. We go to return everything after the wedding and she accuses us of not returning shoes. Shoes we cancelled getting a week before the wedding and never picked up. So unorganized.
Now for the wedding dress: I went in to get a quote on alterations. The man that owns the store was 15 minutes late to our appointment. Once he got there, he continuously helped other customers while I stood in my wedding dress in their little shop for another 20 minutes or so. He kept telling me how beautiful I was and that the he’d do my alterations as long as I let him take a photo of me in my dress to put up. I get it. They have photos of their work, but the manner in which he was asking was unprofessional and kind of creepy. I did not end up getting my dress done through them, as I did not at all feel comfortable.
And last the bridesmaid dress: My MOH got her dress altered here and the top layer of sheer chiffon was about two inches longer than the two bottom layers of material. Resulting in being able to see her feet through the sheer material. It looked ridiculous and they said its «supposed to look like that» and there’s nothing they can do about it now.

I have always been happy with the service. Prices are fair. I own a sewing machine and sew but take my hems and replacing elastic in my pants to the cleaners. I have recommended them numerous times. They know my face which makes a customer happy

My husband and I were recently in our friends wedding and the groomsman suits were rented from this establishment. They were so welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in that it made the chore of renting a suit so much more pleasant than it usually is. Also, they gave us such an amazing deal on the suit that we were immediately impressed by this small shop. Because I had such an awesome feeling about this shop I asked them how much their wedding dress dry cleaning typically would cost. I have been looking around for a place to get my wedding dress cleaned but most places quoted me anywhere between $ 200-​$ 300. My wedding dress is all lace and was so stained at the bottom from our outdoor wedding in June that it was going to be a very difficult job to clean it. I didn’t want to spend that much money cleaning a dress I would never wear again, so when this store quoted me $ 75 for cleaning and preserving my dress in a nice box I was sold. After I had dropped off my dress to be cleaned I was curious to see if there were any reviews on Unilocal for wedding dress cleaning at this place before. It didn’t occur to me to check before I dropped off my wedding dress because I had such a wonderful feeling about the people at Edindales. The one review I found about wedding dress cleaning at Edindales was absolutely terrible and it made me very nervous that my dress wouldn’t be cleaned just like the dress in the bad review. I got my wedding dress back today, a little over 2 weeks later and much to my relief it was absolutely PERFECT! I was surprised to find it looking brand new and so beautifully packaged in a nice keepsake box. I didn’t think the dirt stains at the bottom of the dress would come out, but they did such a beautiful job you would never know that the dress ever touched the ground. I am so impressed and happy with the way my dress came out and cannot believe it was only $ 75. Thank you Edindales! I will definitely be spreading the word around to any friends or family in need of suit rentals or cleaning services.

I was extremely pleased with the way I was treated even though I went into the store with a rather bad attitude about my emergency situation. I was given my bridesmaid dress a day before my best friends wedding and her hopes of it fitting me didn’t work out so I was left scrambling last minute to find a place that could do a same day alteration. I walked into Edindale and the lady instantly calmed me down by telling me everything will be ok because situations like mine happen often. She quickly took my measurements with the dress on and told me she would call me when the dress was ready, either that day or the following morning. I instantly felt at peace by her confidence and genuine smile. Less than two hours later I received a call from her asking me to return to try on the finished dress! I put the dress on and it fit PERFECT! I couldn’t thank her enough and hugged her numerous times. She was truly happy to see me smile.
This place is amazing because of its skilled staff but most importantly the staff seem to genuinely care about their customers and love to see them walk away happy. The Edindale staff are happy to do what they do and I admire their passion and desire to help customers with their clothing needs. I work in customer service and sometimes it’s difficult to help and assure an already unhappy customer who has hopeless feelings from the beginning. Although I had a bad smirk on my face and acted very standoffish as I initially entered the store she came to me with a big smile and open arms assuring things will work out. If only all of life’s difficult times involved great people like these to cheer you up and let you know everything will be ok would the hard times be easier and less despised.

Took two jackets in to have the sleeves hemmed. I asked how much it would be and I was told $ 25, so I left the two coats and when I picked them up they charged me $ 25 EACH. $ 50 to have the sleeves hemmed, what a rip off. Their copy of the ticket had been changed to add «2 x» in from of the $ 25. Just fraudulent. I will never go back, I felt they were dishonest and over priced. On top of the high price, one of the sleeves is crooked.

If I was able to give no star I would. Went here to get my wedding dress dry clean and preserved. Upon picking up my dress it was already box up. When I got home I had a weird feeling something was wrong so I open up the air tight preserve box and under the tissues my wedding dress was laying there NEVER dry clean if anything it was even more dirty prior to it being dropped off. I was so upset called and all she said was that she dry cleaned it twice and the stain wouldn’t go away… There was nothing else she could have done. I then asked her if that was the case can you explain why there’s grass under my wedding dress? She was speechless but refuse to give me a full refund. I end up filing a dispute with my bank and got my money back and took my dress to another place. Unprofessional and a Liar. Don’t waste your time!

I have been going to Edindale Cleaners for almost 30 years. I was married in one of their tuxedos. I see them every week as I drop off and pick up my laundry. their service is excellent! Everyone who comes in are treated like family. I watched their children grow up as they watched mine. When my daughter needed a job… they were there. Thus is truly a family business. My clothes are cleaner and our family better because of Misak, Osana, Ari and Elizabeth!

Edindale is great because they care about their customers. We have used their cleaning services for years and recently have begun using them to tailor fit some of our clothing that just wasn’t fitting correctly. Service is completed on time, and they do a great job.
They have a drive up area too — so if needed you don’t even need to leave your car!

This is a great place for all your dry cleaning and alteration needs. We have tried numerous other dry cleaners closer to our home but none of them do as good a job as Edindale. They do an especially good job making sure any stains on my silk shirts are removed and they have done great alterations for us on both wedding and graduation dresses for very reasonable prices.
