I had Holly for a facial as well and I have to say she gave me the best facial I’ve ever had! I’ve gone to the Hyatt in Huntington Beach and throughly enjoyed my facial and all the frills that go along with it, but there’s a hefty price that goes along with it as well. Holly’s little place at Sea Cliff Country Club is not fancy but you will get a better facial there than the Hyatt. In fact you will be able to get multiple facials with the money you’d spend at the Hyatt! Don’t get me wrong, I love the Hyatt and will continue to go there as well for other treatments and spa use! Don’t let the other reviews keep you from going here. Just keep in mind that it’s not an elaborate place. Make your appointment with Holly. Love, her down to earth person and love her facials!

Holly van Epps is the best aesthetician I’ve ever gone to! She goes above and beyond when giving you a facial. She explains everything she is doing and will make recommendations based on your skin. It shows that she loves what she is doing! I highly recommend Holly to anyone who wants an aesthetician who really knows her stuff!

Mehh. Got a groupon for a facial here, and I was pretty surprised when I arrived and found that I’d be receiving my facial in a converted shed behind the country club. It was nice inside, but the room was sooo small I was nearing claustrophobia territory… The actual facial was good, and my facialist was super nice [I’m told she no longer works there :(], but there were a lot of amenities missing that I’m used to receiving during past facials(like, the microcurrent machine to get rid of redness, etc). Also, trying to schedule the appointment was a PAIN as they NEVER pick up the phone.$ 35 was a good deal for the groupon, but I would neverrrr pay more than that, and know what to expect!

I purchased a voucher thru Living Social for one hour of classic facial and pumpkin peel. What I got was a 10 minute pumpkin peel and shoulder and arm massage — what a rip off! Before my session started I verified with Amanda(i think that’s her name) that I purchased an hour of classic facial and pumpkin peel and she assured me I was getting an hour of the session. They failed to deliver what was offered on the voucher. Even though the Spa was located inside the country club in Huntington Beach, you can’t discount the fact that the place was some sort of a storage shed which was converted into a «spa». I’ve been to other spas before and trust me this place was crappy compared to other ones I’ve gone to before. I won’t go back here again and won’t recommend it either. Pay a little extra and go to some nicer place.

I purchased a Living Social deal for the spa and I couldn’t be more pleased with it! I had Cecilia as a therapist and I can honestly say I’ve never had someone who is so genuine and caring when it comes to their clients! She took the extra time to work on an injured area to make sure I was feeling better before I left. She is VERY respectful of your privacy and always asked me if I was comfortable if she worked certain areas that are a little on the private side! She is absolutely amazing! Also, the spa is in a little secluded area in the country club, however when I called to book my appointment, they were very thorough in giving me the right directions to get there and I appreciate everything they did!
