Established in 2006.

When I began Manage Your Weight in 1994 it was with a passion to help overweight people around the world. The obesity epidemic continues to affect hundreds of millions. Small weight losses of approximately 10−15% significantly lower one’s risk for diabetes, heart disease, stroke, orthopedic problems, certain obesity related cancers and a myriad of other mental and physical health issues. Obesity is related to lower income earning potential, lower social status and lower self-​esteem.

In 2006 I opened my online store, Man​ageY​our​Weight​.com so I could offer top-​of-​the-​line, good tasting products, honest dialogue and the latest available information to everyone.
