I have known Mike for some time now he has helped me and my family with our real estate needs over the years. I love how on top on things he is. I have worked with other agents in the past, but I have never had the type of service that Mike provides. Small or big deal Mike treats them all the same,
To sum things up Mike is professional, quick, and friendly. I highly recommend Mike. He has helped us get into the house of our dreams. This last transaction was a pain and he handled himself like a pro and never lost his cool.
That kind of service is worth the call.

My parents were in the market for selling and purchasing a new home. I reached out to Mike and he was more than happy to oblige.
Mike immediately came up with a strategy and a spread sheet of what we can expect to sell and net from the transaction. Mike was very easy to work with and never put pressure on us to do anything we were uncomfortable doing.
We ended up selling my parents home for 33k MORE than its value! Then we haggled the new home we purchased for 15k less! Mike was able to negotiate all of these things for us, even though it meant less commission for him. He always had our best interest at heart. This is just one of many examples that depicted Mikes character and demonstrated that he had his clients best interest in mind.
During the process Mike not only handled all of the Realtor related legalities, but he also wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. Mike took care of some maintenance repairs that needed to be done before the house was sold, such as; replacing the water valve for the water heater and calling plumbers and electricians to do the repair work needed. Which in turn saved us even more time and money.
Needless to say that my parents and I were extremely happy with the service Mike provided. Not only did we purchase a much newer and better home with the money we made from selling our older home, but we also net 60k !!! and bought all new furniture for my parents new home.
My parents inevitably ended up with a brand new house, no mortgage payment, brand new furniture and appliances with a little money in the bank! and if that wasn’t enough, Mike even told my parents he would send them a gift card for a house warming present.
I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is very patient, hard working and honest. Which is more than I can say for other realtors we dealt with in the past. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, because the service provided by Mike was the best type of quality service anyone can ask for.

Very professional, dedicated and actually cared and listened to our needs.
My wife and I recently bought our house with Mike’s help. After months of looking for a home with another real-estate agent with no luck we approached Mike and asked for his help. A family friend recommended him, isn’t it interesting how that always works out. It was our experience from the real estate agents we dealt with before Mike that they were more interested in the bottom dollar/commission than our actual needs. We were being shown homes that were a complete miss! or cheap flips.
Mike was the complete opposite, he actually understood our needs, focused on the areas and neighborhoods we had interest in and found us nice homes. We visited the houses that were available/standard sale, as we asked, in the right neighborhoods that met our needs. The home we finally purchased was actually shown to us «before it hit the market». Mike was able to do this because of his experience and networking connections in the real estate field. He submitted an offer with a 24hour response contingency. It was accepted! We were very pleased. It still took several months to find the right home and get our offer accepted but this time went by quick since Mike was busy showing us homes and submitting offers for us.
We are very happy with his service, experience, and support staff in his office. Highly recommend him without hesitation!
