I can’t count how many friends I have referred to Steve! He is always on top of everything that will benefit my insurance needs.
He always takes my calls which is rare these days. Anytime there is a problem he takes care of it immediately then asks how else can I help?
His prices are always the best compared to many other companies plus you get to work directly with the owner. He is well staffed and deeply involved in the community he cares about me as a client and alway goes the extra mile to make sure I am well taken care of. I appreciate when I refer someone to him he actually calls and thanks me for the referral them makes my friend feel most welcome and part of the family. When you really need them, they will not take care of you! Being a loyal customer since the 1980’s doesn’t mean anything! They just want your money! That’s ok because I got a better deal so I’m taking all my policies elsewhere!
