They have top rate customer service and the agents try to get you the best rate possible. Every time I need something they are there to answer any questions I have or get me any information on the spot that is needed. You are not just a number you are their client and they appreciate your business.

I was a customer for over twenty years. My daughter was in a fender-​bender and they told me to find someone else to do business with. Do not sink any money into this opportunistic company that doesn’t have plain ol’ decency. To kick us to the curb as customers? Never thought it would happen. Thus is the nature of this company’s insurance agents over one accident and I HAD NEVER HAD SO MUCH AS A DING; no accidents, no cosmetic car problems, not a ticket to my name IN TWENTY PLUS YEARS. Run screaming from these greedy people. There are other agencies more deserving of your time, loyalty, and money.

After signing up with Tim as my agent. I haven’t had an accident in over 30 years and suddenly I got hit twice in two months! Not only was Tim able to save me money on my insurance, he took the time to explain my coverages to me and made sure I was properly insured. I was recently rear-​ended and I was so glad that Tim sold me the rental car coverage with my policy! I would definitely recommend Bannister Insurance to anyone who is looking for insurance! Ask for Tim because all I do is call him and he handles EVERYTHING for me promptly!

Bannister Insure’s my business’ liability, workers comp and auto policies. The service you get is top notch and being a business owner, they really make it easy to stay on top of your policies, bills, etc. I like to work with companies that offer a personal touch and they 100% do that :)
