The Mailbox Center

Recently I had to move my daughter to college in Chicago. I brought in eight large boxes that had to be shipped out, insured to be received by a very tight deadline. Vincent was amazing! He made sure not only that all the boxes were properly insured weighed and sealed, but even followed up with a phone call to put me at ease that they would all get there in the time promised. He even gave me a discount on the shipping because of the large amount I was spending. Great customer service with wonderfully nice man. As promised they all arrived in beautiful condition.
I’ve also utilized is Notory public services and have always been satisfied.

Very undeserving of any stars! Came here to drop off my mail into the mailbox outside this business. I hadn’t looked before I went inside this place. So, I asked the person at the front counter if postman had picked up the mail. This person couldn’t have been the owner because an owner wouldn’t have responded in as tacky as this person did to me. He said, «go read the mailbox and you’ll see» He didn’t even look at me when he was saying this. This was the ruddest anyone had ever been to me and I didn’t even do any business here. I just stopped by since it was my first time in this store I thought about opening a p. o box or doing business here. Well, I’m glad at least I found out I wouldn’t be using this store for anything in the future. If this is how prospective customers are treated, no thank you. I can’t imagine how the real customers get treated. No sir! I will take my business elsewhere. After all, there’s more mail stores in this area. It was empty when I got there. Maybe empty for a good reason! DON’T GO HERE. YOU’LL BE DISAPPOINTED. THE FRONT COUNTER PERSON IS RUDE. IF IT WAS THE OWNER, SHAME ON YOU. IF NOT, THEN THE OWNER SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS. MAYBE THEY DON’T CARE.

I am pleased with the service. they are professional and they offer many services like fedex and ups, scan, fax. they also send me a text message when i get large packages.

Edit: Vince called me and is reimbursing me for my shipping and all of my troubles. Despite my horrible experience with his worker, he is an honorable business owner. I’m just sorry he had someone so dishonest working for him.

I’ve used a ton of shipping services and I have to say I’m pleased with The Mailbox Center. Vincent is always ready to help and he always has a smile and kind word for everyone who comes in. I have been to the Mailbox Center with small items to ship and with large/​expensive items and Vincent has always gone the extra mile for me. He has even called and left a message for me when items I’ve shipped have been signed for.
The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because his prices are a little higher than I’m used to. Other than that the service is great.
