We’ve used B&W Furnace for years. Tommy knows what he’s doing, he’s very responsive and we trust him in our home when we’re not home. Pricing is always very reasonable. If not the best around.

A couple of weeks ago I had an issue with my air conditioning unit. The air conditioner was leaking water and i was so worried that this was going to cost a lot. Well, I called B&W Furnace and they were able to get me an appointment right away. They fixed the issue immediately when they arrived, it turns out that it was just a blocked pipe that needed to be cleaned out. The guys were friendly and the price extremely fair, under $ 50.00 to fix the issue.
Now I have an air conditioner that works! I will definitely use this service in the future!
They also put in my parents air conditioning unit in 2013 and the price was unbelievable at least under $ 6000 which is exceptional considering some places charge $ 8000 and up! This summer there air conditioner worked great!
So give this small company a chance!

This guy was just rude, not helpful at all. He literally told me «sorry cant help you, have a nice day,» after I asked if he could remove me A/​C unit. UH yeah whatever; useless.

I called a few companies for a free estimate on my air conditioning repair and was told it would be a few days before someone can get out to me. I then called B&W Furnace, It was later in the afternoon and they had someone out to me the next morning! I don’t know much about repairs or prices, but felt like they were very fair and friendly. The job was done quickly! I will definitely call back if needed and will refer them to everyone I know!

B&W Furnace installed my heating and air conditioning unit in my house almost exactly 10 years ago next week. At the that time they were very professional with the installation. They were very clean and neat and when they left that August 10 years ago I had a cool house. Fast forward ten years. Last Wednesday I came home from work, turned on the air and a couple of hours later it was blowing hot air. I tried it again Thursday with the same results. I called B&W Friday and because of the heat & humidity this year no one could come out until today. I was told that someone would show up between one & four. At 2:30 the owner himself, Tommy Jordan, was at my door. He checked out my entire system then told me what had happened. I signed up with Southern California Edison to save $$ on my electric bill. SCE had turned off my unit those days, there was nothing wrong with my air conditioner! I felt a little stupid but so glad it was B&W! Tommy could have told me it was anything and start listing off the prices of what was going to make me have cool air again but no… he just told me the facts. While he was here like I said he gave the whole unit a thorough inspection from the attic to my yard just to make sure there wasn’t anything at all that needed to be tweaked. So today’s experience was extraordinary and more than reasonably priced. And it is also a testament to how they do things that ten years later my entire unit is still in excellent shape! Thank you B&W and especially Tommy Jordan. I will be recommending you to anyone that mentions heating or cooling issues!

I obtained two bids prior to installation of my air conditioning & heating unit but decided to go with B & W Furnace since Tommy Jordan, the installer, was more flexible.
It was crucial for me to have a quiet running unit since it would be installed right outside of my bedroom window. The other contractor was set on installing a Rheem/​Ruud air conditioning & heating system and the noise decibel level on that unit was 74. I really had my heart set on a Maytag 5 ton unit which had a noise decibel level of 59. When I explained this to Tommy, he advised that he would install any unit I desired. The other contractor kept steering me toward the Rheem/​Ruud product.
The B & W Furnace work crew showed up early in the morning and worked diligently throughout the day to finish the job. I don’t recall seeing them take any breaks and they may have worked through lunch. It took two full days to complete the work and we are extremely happy with our quiet running Maytag unit and the service we received. I highly recommend B & W Furnace if you are looking for an air conditioning & heating contractor.

These guys are amazing. We first met them when they fixed our furnace and then we called them back to install split unit air conditioners all over our house. We never had a problem with anything they fixed or installed. If we were ever concerned about something they came over and checked it out right away. These guys are great and they are our first call whenever something needs to be fixed. I can’t recommend them more! Tommy is the best!

Been using and recommending B & W Furnace Service for over 10 years. Their prices aren’t the lowest, but I would still use them because of their expertise on old heating equipment.
Today, they came out to give me a price to replace a gas valve. Their price over $ 700.00. I told the guy, I’ve had these replaced, it should be about $ 300.00. I can buy the valve (Robertshaw 710 502) for $ 79.85, so with the pilot and generator assembly, $ 110.00 for parts and 1−½ hrs. labor for $ 300.00. He called the office, they dropped the price to over $ 600.00. I’m having my plumber come in tomorrow to replace the valve for about $ 300.00. B & W Furnace Service charged me $ 95.00 for the service call, which I wasn’t told about before hand, but $ 95.00 for a learning experience is cheap. And so this ends my business relationship with B & W Furnace Service…
