Swimming Pools by Jack Anthony

When Michael from Jack Anthony Pools originally came to give his presentation in 2009 we thought that we had finally found someone who understood the meaning of great customer service and importance of «word-​of-​mouth». He talked about many awards that his company had earned. A beautiful gunite pool with a surrounding stone deck was built on our grounds and at that time I would have given this company 5 stars. A few months later the patio around the pool started cracking and sinking and separating from the pool. They tried to fix it a number of times, however, the problem re-​occurred and now the cracks appeared in the pool itself.
Michael does not return my phone calls and emails any more.
Dealing with a defective gunite pool is a huge problem, we want to make sure that nobody else gets «sold» by this company the way we were. Beware!
