Description

Specialties

Bacon’s Bistro and Café focuses on providing fresh, from scratch breakfast and lunch favorites. Some of our favorites include The Rooftop, Bacon and Spinach Quiche, Bacon’s Benedict, and our Country Combo for breakfast or if you’re coming in for lunch, the Bistro Club, Spring Salad, Pork Fritter and our Chicken Fried Steak are great selections. Bacon’s serves both sides of the menu all day so don’t worry about what time it is, the whole menu is always available. Be sure to check out our «Ten Servings» list at your table to see what breakfast and lunch items we are featuring that day.

History

Established in 1994.

A staple in the Hurst community for almost 20 years, Bacon’s has had a long and mostly wonderful history. The new owners, Adam and Eva, bought Bacon’s Restaurant in May, 2010 and quickly transformed it into the Bacon’s Bistro and Café you see today. Our first action was to transform the atmosphere and comfort level for our guests, creating a warm and inviting dining experience. We then threw out most of the old menu and selected our favorites to create a new menu dedicated to fresh, from scratch recipes and high quality ingredients. In October of 2013, Bacon’s said goodbye to our home just over 19 years and moved across the street to our current location in the Mayfair Village Shopping Center where we met our 3 biggest needs: better parking, a larger kitchen, and a more guest friendly dining experience. We look forward to serving you and our community in the coming years.
