I always love IHOP, service is always quick and super nice. Food is always awesome, I always ask for the breakfast sampler, scrambled eggs, and mashed potatoes with white gravy instead of hash browns, heaven!

You go to IHOP, and naturally you would expect a nice café experience. And that’s what I got; nothing was mind blowing and wait staff was not bad but again you get what you expect from a place like here. It was definitely a pretty good experience as me and my friends went around 1 am. I got the Smokehouse combo thing and that was pretty good. The only problem was the sausage being basically a hot dog, so overall a pretty nice meal, 3⁄5 stars!

Mediocre food and horrible service. Slow night on a Saturday and waited 15 minutes with another group of 5 behind us. Other waiters including the one who end up being our server saw us standing there and still did nothing. Another waiter popped out from the kitchen to sit us. And it wasn’t a surprise that we had to wait another 10 minutes before our waiter showed up and by that time we already knew what we wanted so we went ahead and ordered… pancakes are good though.

By God this is probably the worst IHOP I’ve ever been to. The food is always pretty decent, but the service. Oh my Lord. It’s so bad. It took us 10 minutes to be greeted. When we sat down, it took 15 minutes for our server to take our order. After we ordered our drinks we asked for some toast. Well that took another ten minutes to get. When we got our food, my order was 100% wrong. I ordered the cinnamon swirl brioche French toast, and she brought out this weird cinnamon sugar toast cover ended in oats. I even showed her the picture of what I wanted when I ordered. When I politely told her what she had brought me wasn’t right, she told me that’s what I had ordered. I was like: no, this isn’t it. This is a special edition thing. I ordered the 2 piece French cinnamon brioche toast with bacon and eggs. This isn’t it at all. She just kind of looked disappointed and said: okay. I corrected my order they charged us for the wrong order! Not happy at all. Never again. Always bad service.

The service was ok. probably give it a 3 stars to the nice server we had, but it was a bit slow. can’t really blame her she had 6 tables to handle. I had nilla banana pudding pancakes… but there wasn’t any nilla cookies on it. The meal that came with it~ eggs, sausage, and hash brown. Everything was burnt but the egg. barely edible. My boyfriend had the chicken friend steak, and it was not appetizing at all. It tasted hard and old. Theres always something wrong with this location… and I won’t be coming back. The eggs were perfect so thats a star+

Went on a Thursday evening around 11pm. Although there were only a few guests, the service was very, VERY, very slow. We had to walk up front to ask for the ticket which took 15 min because the server was also running the register.

This location makes a decent breakfast menu with a very attentive staff. They were very aware of keeping our drinks full however made several minor errors with regards to the meal itself forgetting simple items like the sour cream and a strawberry jam. The machaca was flavorful with the meat decently seasoned the potatoes were done to my liking which means that they were very well done and extra crispy. The staff works very well as a team which made the fact that the server of our table was lackluster not so much of an issue. All in all the meal met expectations.

Walked in, was not super busy. Waited about 5 minutes, no hostess ever came to seat us. We walked out. Never coming to this location again.

Our 4th and our last visit. The service on the first three visits was mediocre at best but this time… My wife orders a steak, which arrives, after a long wait, with no knife. Took another 5 minutes just to get a steak knife. I ordered a burger and onion rings. There was enough grease on my food to cook an order of fries. It was crazy. Finally, when we go to the register to pay, the manager, tall guy with a ponytail, completely ignores us while he yammers away on the phone behind the register, not even an acknowledgement of our presence. After a good 3 minutes he finally gets off the phone and rings us up. But, while we were waiting, we notice profane language scrawled on the signing pad. It had obviously been there for a while. When my wife points it out to the manager, he says, Oh, I guess I should get rid of that. Never again will we visit this location.

I used to come to this location frequently. I loved the man who had the late shift, James I think. I loved it back then. Since then, the service has gone down the drain. I don’t know why I keep giving this place chance after chance. We ordered water and decaf to drink and were told they needed to brew a fresh pot, which is fine. Decaf doesn’t get ordered a lot so I know it isn’t always ready to order, especially at night. We also ordered two orders of chocolate chip pancakes. I also asked for strawberries on mine. Unfortunately, I was on the phone when the waiter finally came by to take our order so my friend ordered for the both of us. The food came out before my coffee. There were no chocolate chips. When we told the woman who brought out our food that it wasn’t correct, she walked off to tell our server. I could hear them yelling back and forth behind the«wall» to the kitchen. Then I called the server to come talk to us himself so we could be clear about the issue. His attitude was horrible. He snapped that WE didn’t order chocolate chips and that my coffee was still brewing. He even talked over me and started an argument with me. Excuse me? I used to work at a breakfast place. I know how long it brews coffee. I also know that you Listen to my problems, Apologize for the issue, Solve it, and Thank me for my patience. That’s standard in every corporate restaurant. Come on, you’re customers are the way you pay your bills in the serving industry. Maybe treat them better. I was so appalled by the disrespect that we left immediately. All I can say is that I didn’t give the manager a chance to fix the situation. We left our water and incorrect pancakes on the table and didn’t look back. I will not be returning to this branch. The one on 170 gives way better service.

Even though my food wasn’t great the staff was really nice. My pancakes had onion in them and the manager took care of my ENTIRE check. It was really nice and unexpected so I’d definitely come back even if the food was so so.

We came to eat here on my birthday and I got my free Rooty Tooty meal(you have to register online in advance to get it). The food was great and the service was amazing. We had a great server named Juanito. He made sure we were taken care of n kept us laughing the whole time. We will be back for sure. Thanks Juanito!

I usually like this place but today, my waiter is not giving service like expected. His name is Omar and I’m very disappointed in his service. Hopefully when and/if my fiancée and i come back, we will get better service!

I always love coming here when I need to wind down, have some coffee and get my breakfast or lunch out of the way. It is one of those childhood favorites as well, and even today I probably still would get the chocolate chip pancake with the smile if the opportunity persisted. This particular location I have always been well greeted and my coffee, as well as food, has always come to me quickly. There was one time where I had to wait to be seen, since they were busy, and was about to walk out when the waiter got to me. He made up for it with quick and friendly service, and I was out in half an hour with a full stomach. You can’t get much better than that.

I hadn’t been to an IHOP in years. And I mean YEARS. I decided to pop in here for breakfast instead of my usual spot, which is always crowded on Friday mornings(doesn’t anybody around here have to work?!). Of course the IHOP was crowded, as well, but I didn’t have to wait for a table. I perused the menu and remembered why I hadn’t been here in a while. Everything comes with pancakes(I guess that’s the ‘P’ in ‘IHOP’, huh…) and I’m not a big fan(yea, I know you can sub things, but it’s too much trouble early in the AM). Anyway, I noticed Machaca on the menu(and it didn’t come with pancakes, thankfully) and ordered that. It was a sizable portion of eggs scrambled with shredded beef, jalapenos, and corn tortilla and topped with cheese(actually it was Migas with beef added). It came with corn or flour tortillas, salsa, and hash browns. I’ve had better huevos con machaca, but their version was surprisingly decent and very filling. The iced tea I had with it was also fresh and strong. The restaurant was clean and tables were bussed as soon as someone left(people were waiting for tables when I left at 10AM). Service was prompt, friendly and efficient. My server was very nice and checked on me a few times to make sure I had everything I needed. It looked like she had a lot of tables to handle and was definitely ‘busting a hump’. Kudos to her! One plus here over my regular spot(if one is in the mood) is the people watching(and eavesdropping — not that I was trying). I was attempting to read the paper and mind my own business, but some of the conversation around me was rather amusing(albeit inane). I’ll spare you the sordid details(eg. — like«what a shark might feel like if it bumped into you in the water». Personally, I doubt that’s what I’d be wondering about at the time…). All-in-all, I like the food at my regular spot better, but I’d eat here again(and maybe those two guys will know the answer to their shark question then).

This Ihop is one of the cleanest breakfast places I’ve been too and that’s a lot! I’ve gone at various times of day, packed and not packed they usually are very good about making sure things are cleaned off. The staff is always friendly; during busier times usually rushed but still really nice. We usually only come when we decide to do dinner to late to really catch anything else open and we don’t want fast food or steak n shake. The food isn’t always the best … my husband said last time we had breakfast there that in comparison to our favorite only open at breakfast and lunch breakfast place Ihop sucks … but they at least offer turkey bacon and sausuage alternatives that other places dont and are open all day. Plus they take the star telegram press pass!!!

Meeting the family for breakfast, Mom loves their eggs Benedict, so this was mostly their choice today. Bacon omelet is always a good choice for me, and well, that’s what I got, it was full of bacon and was extra thick. Mine came with pancakes, but was slightly disappointed that they were not fluffy, seemed a little crisp, without the cake like texture I like in a pancake! Overall, the meal was good, the wait staff were quick and efficient, and my Mom got her eggs Benedict.
