As a frequent shopper at Gap, I’m a huge supporter of their products and company culture. However today I had a return to make on a previous purchase. Upon arrival the General Manager looked up from his clipboard that he had been working on to say hi, and we began the return process. I understand that returns are never a thing stores want, but the belittling tone and demeanor he showed toward me during the process really had me questioning how he came into the leadership position of GM and even more so, why I would want to make another purchase from his store? Shouldnt making the customer feel welcome and be a priority in retail? Definitely disappointed with my short experience there.
