Idyllcreek A-Frame — Walk to Town, Wifi, Secluded, «Spoiled Dogs» Ok

Secluded on an acre at the end of Boulder Drive Idyllcreek –A-Frame Vacation Cabin is a short walk to town. A seasonal stream runs through the property. We invite you to share our family’s special retreat.

This original 1960’s A-frame cabin is every bit as charming and serene as it looks. With 1250 square feet, Idyllcreek sleeps 4 – 6 people (1 California King, 1 Queen and 2 inflatable areo beds). If your group is larger than 6, the cabin next door is a rental as well.

Inside the cabin, you’ll love the wood burning fireplace, fun spiral staircase, and wireless internet (because even a rustic getaway should be convenient). Idyllcreek also features 1.5 baths, and has 2 patios so you can enjoy this beautiful wooded backdrop to the fullest.

Idyllcreek gets is name from Idyllwild, California, which is just a short walk from the cabin, as well as the seasonal stream that runs on the property.

Walk or drive into town and you’ll find that Idyllwild is rich in small-town atmosphere and has something for everyone. Downtown Idyllwild offers excellent dining of all stripes and an assortment of fine shops, boutiques, and galleries – not to mentioning a thriving arts community full of music festivals, art shows, and movie theatre.

If your ideal getaway involves unplugging and getting out into the fresh mountain air, just head «up the hill.»…

History

Established in 1960.

Our family purchased this amazaing 1960’s A-Frame in 2008 and remodeling it has been a labor of love. We have put on a new metal roof, added new flooring upstairs and down and completely remodeled the bathroom to have the feeling of showering outdoors. Our goal was to create the perfect mountain retreat for our family and guests.

Meet the Business Owner

Kelly H.

Business Owner

I have the fondest childhood memories of spending weekends and holiday breaks at my grandparents cabin in Oregon’s Cascade Mountains. I now live with my family in the Palm Springs area and we have our own cabin in Idyllwild, California.

Since we can’t be there all the time, we enjoy sharing it with others. Since this is our familys special retreat first (vacation cabin rental seconde). You will find many of the extras you would expect to find if you were staying at a friend or relatives cabin.

We invite you to make Idyllcreek A-Frame cabin your personal retreat when you choose to escape to beautiful Idyllwild.
