North Island Credit Union

I’ve been a member with NIFCU since the 5^th grade, maybe even longer I’m not sure. Right now all I have with them is a tiny savings account; I closed everything else when I moved. But they keep that tiny amount I have in there safe and sound for me.
They have great rates, its a credit union after all and little to no fees. Plus if you do get some sort of fee accessed, just send your mother in there (as long as she’s on your account) and she’ll get them waived for you.
The thing I dislike about this branch is the line, I’ve never been in here where there isn’t a line and no matter how many people are in line a new teller will not open up their window making everyone just stand around and wait and wait and wait while they do whatever it is they are doing to avoid helping their customers. It’s been like this for years so I don’t think they’ll ever change it must be part of their training manual or something. So in other words never go inside when you are in a hurry.
I hear they are building a new building down the street since this one will be torn down and probably turned into condos or something so hopefully the new branch won’t have the long line issues like this one but I doubt it.
