Visiting from out of town when my back went out. Got a chiropractic appointment the same day, and was very impressed with friendliness, professionalism and efficiency of Dr Zecha’s practice. Very thorough evaluation, gentle and effective adjustment, highly recommended.

I can not say enough nice things about this place. This review is for the chiropractic side but I’m sure their physical therapy practioners are superb as well.
From the very first time I contacted Silver Strand Spine and Sport I was very impressed. I called and spoke to Lisa who is great and she was very helpful even before I walked in when I spoke to her on the phone and inquired about gettting a chiropractic exam. I made an appointment and was able to come in the same day. She was really helpful once I came in and I did a quick questionaire and was on my way back to see Dr Zecha who evaluated me. Dr Zecha is very professional and thorough and genuinely cares about his patients. He is very detailed in his evaluation and has a lot of knowledge and experience. This shows in his work and since I have been going to him for the last few months, my posture has improved and the pain in my shoulders have decreased drastically. Allignments and adjustments are not a quick fix and take some time because your body has to acclimate to new positioning. With time and great guidance from the staff here, I feel like over time and with continued care from Dr Zecha I am on the right track. Thanks a lot Silver Strand Spine and Sport!

There are not enough fabulous things to say about this place. They offer childcare which is a lifesaver for me! Out of all the PT places I have ever been to, this is by far the absolute best place! The staff is so knowledgable. Each time I go I am doing awesome exercises, stretches, and being worked on– and the sports massage at the end is such a bonus! Bottom line– best place for physical therapy hands down!

Phenomenal. A+++. As a retired military veteran I hobbled, walker-​assisted, into Silver Strand Spine and Sport for post-​knee-​replacement-​surgery rehabilitation this past spring. The therapy, administrative, and medical professionals who made up the staff could not have been more attentive or more effective. They tailored a program to my condition and my coverage (Tricare) that had me up and about and feeling better than I had in years at a pace that was well ahead of the typical knee rehab timeline. Niels and the therapy team and Lisa and the front office staff are all-​stars. They know what they’re doing and they’re a pleasure to work with. Overall the experience was magnitudes beyond my two previous experiences elsewhere with extended physical therapy treatment programs. My strongest and most enthusiastic possible recommendation.

This place is fabulous. The employees are all incredibly friendly and knowledgable professionals. To make this place even more amazing, they provide childcare during your visit! Beatrice is amazing with the kids, she’s one of the only people I trust my son with! The chiropractor is awesome! They even have massage chairs for you if you have to wait. They also have coffee for people in the front office.
I love coming here, I’ll be sad when my treatment is over!

I am so relieved I went into this office. Everyone, from the front office staff, the massage therapists and the doctor were wonderful. Lisa in the front office was beyond helpful and so friendly. I had an amazing ½ massage for $ 50 and an adjustment by Dr. Ron for $ 10. I already feel relief. I will be back!!!

I think this clinic is mostly dedicated to those in the military but they also treat civilians for a good price. I got my back adjusted just for $ 10! Theres also massage chairs for those who are waiting for their turn. My chiropractor was Zecha, he’s not one of those intimidating chiros. Very professional and also interesting to talk to. He makes you feel comfortable before correcting you, which I really appreciate. I hated my last chiro from LA. So uncomfortable to talk to.
I love the environment & all the staff here. Makes you feel very relaxed and welcomed. Plus, my back pain decreased tremendously:)

This is the best place EVER! After getting in a car accident in Jul, I was desperate to find a place to help me with my back. I was approached by one of the extremely sweet people that work here at the weekly Farmer’s Market on the beach. They accepted my insurance, so I made an appointment for the following day. I was also 8 months pregnant. Everybody that works here is just wonderful. Once you come in you are greeted with such warmth and its just the beginning. The Doctor that works there is adorable, all of the Physical Therapists are professional and so personable, the Message Therapists are kind and will work with you for your trigger point session (yes, a massage is included and called trigger point), and there are even fancy massage chairs in case you happen to have to wait 5 minutes. The most amazing part is that there is Child Care. This place even gave me onesies for my twins on my last visit before delivery. I was cleared to go back last week and somehow, this place is even better! My three kids get spoiled here and I swear it feels like my birthday every time I come here. I can’t say enough good things about this place. They even throw great little parties. The people that work there all commute to work because they believe in what they do. You have to go check them out!

OMG! these guys are awesome. I was in a car accident 10 yrs ago & got referred to them, life went on and I forgot about them completely. Massage after expensive massage I could not get any relief after 2 days of massage I was back to feeling the pain again, I suddenly remembered this chiropractor and googled him I made an appointment the same day and WOW! instant relief for way cheaper than what I paid in a massage. I can tell the difference no sore shoulder pain I dont feel pain in my body. they are worth every penny

I can only review the Chiropractic services here, and I am a fan! I pay $ 35 OUT OF POCKET for an adjustment through Ron. I have seen him 3+ times and he is able to alleviate most if not all of my pain.
The only downside is the lack of an ambiance. It feels more like a hospital with people going in and out, no privacy, and children everywhere… but I can live with that, considering I only pay $ 35 OUT OF POCKET!

This place is wonderful. The staff is so friendly, nice and welcoming. I just started going here and I was so surprised on exactly how much they do for you. They really do care about you getting better and KEEPING you better. It is a process if you have something beyond an adjustment. But from the many people that go here or who are better now. It’s well worth it. I look forward to going here. Give them a try.

Well first off, the front desk is AMAZING because this office provides A BABYSITTING SERVICE!!! They are VERY family oriented and the masseuse staff is friendly & massages are fantastic (as long as you DONT get the Jamaican/​Hetian, she gets a «bit-​o-​crazy» on your back) and they have waiting room that has full body massage chairs that make waiting «just fine». But unfortunately I felt like the doctor didn’t listen to me and the guy therapist is *ok*. Close to almost being 5 stars…

This place is great. Everyone is so friendly, the facilities are very nice, and the patient treatment is amazing! I went for my first time yesterday after browsing online and calling and was able to get an appointment that day within a few hours. Their waiting room has full body massage chairs that make waiting no issue whatsoever. Dr. Ron is a great chiropractor and knew my body very well without any X-​rays. He took the time to explain tips for improving my sleep and posture. Best of all, I felt no pressure to get on a plan or visit frequently. He was honest and I would recommend him and Silver Strand Spine and Sport to all my friends and family. It’s affordable, too!

You have pain then this is the place to be… Love this place… People are nice, friendly and most of all they help me with my pain…
They have place where you can leave your kids and have somebody keep an eye on them while your having your treatment./ relax
All the doctors are very nice and take care of your pain good
Some pressure therapist though are new and need more training but you can always request who you want .
Physical therapy, chiropractor, and relaxing massage what else can you ask for… Most of all it’s covered by most insurance you just have to pay the co pay…

Everyone here is incredible. From the front desk staff, the Dr’s, the physical therapists, and the massage therapists… They are all extraordinary people who truly care about your healing. I am so grateful to have found this place, even though I have to drive 20 miles– one way to get here! A small price to pay for outstanding, healing care :) I love it here!

I love this place!
This is a wonderful place to go if you have chronic pain and want to get rid of it for good. The best part is, they combine multiple therapies into a treatment plan that is efficient and effective — each visit I get physical therapy for strength, chiropractic and a relaxing massage — all in one place, and it takes less than 1.5 hours. Also, it is covered by insurance, so I’m only paying $ 10 per visit. It doesn’t look like much on the outside, but it is a beautiful facility on the inside, filled with warm and professional people. They also have a doctor on site who can give you a referral — so basically all you have to do is show up and they take care of the rest. I could go on and on, but basically — cheap, easy and effective. Don’t suffer through chronic pain — get in there and take care of yourself!

The Wellness Center is a hidden jewel in IB. There are two chiropractors there, both with their own style. The same goes for the three massage therapists. I recommend trying all of them to give you a sense of which style you like best. That way, you can request your favorite ones and really enhance your experience.
My insurance has paid for all my treatments, even massages! The people there are wonderful. They’re so friendly and make you feel right at home. I have felt so much better since I started going there. I’ve been more energetic and upbeat than I have in years. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Oh yeah… if in doubt, just call them. I was iffy for a year about whether to go or not and, looking back, I regret not taking advantage of this sooner.
