History

Established in 2006.

Sun and Sea Manor has been a landmark business serving seniors in Imperial Beach for many years. In 2006 VIVA! Communities, owned by Anne and Hugh Stone, took over the community and established a culture of Love and Lively Engagement for seniors with memory loss. Our elders are cared for by an intensively training staff in a homelike setting, surrounded by a lovely garden and a protected perimeter. Home cooked meals, professional round-​the-​clock care, and a deep understanding of the dementia process are hallmarks of our home.
