The day of my consultation, my first impression was that the office was clean and upscale. Upon going back into the examination rooms, I realized that they hadn’t been as updated as the waiting room. That said, there was nothing wrong with them. They had adequate space and equipment, were clean and tidy, serving their purpose. The staff and nurses were all very nice and professional. After a few x-rays, we decided I needed to have all of my wisdom teeth removed and scheduled my surgery for the following week. They prescribed me a week’s worth of amoxicillin and 2 valium to take the morning of the surgery. The nice part about that is they had rhe medications on hand; I didn’t have to go to the pharmacy. The morning of my surgery, my husband drives me to my 8:30 appointment to wait in the waiting area with our kids. The last thing I remember is asking to keep my extracted teeth before I went under. I have no recollection of any of the procedure, so i’d say A+ on their anesthesia. My husband tells me the entire ordeal took about 40 minutes. I float home and go to sleep, while he goes to get my pain prescription filled. That afternoon one of the nurses called to check on me and make sure I had begun my pain regimen. I thought that was so very nice of her. My only 1 complaint is that the office tells you that they cannot accept payments, that you must apply for this medical credit card called Care credit. I don’t believe in credit cards and was very apprehensive about applying for one but they insisted I had no choice. After researching Care credit and reading 2 million bad things about them and their 26% interest rates, I called the office and told them I had been denied, which they then allowed me to make payment arrangements with post-dated checks. After sorting that out, my entire experience was a good one. I hope that I never have to have oral surgery again, but if I do, I wouldn’t mind going there again.

I was not pleased with the nurses at Dr. Ennis office. They are very short with you and not caring. My daughter had to have her wisdom’s removed and ended up getting dry socket so she was going in there several times to get it packed and the nurse was rude each and every time. She felt my daughter should not be in pain and should suck it up. The Dr. was great but the staff need a wake up call.

I went in to have an abscessed tooth pulled. My surgery went well I am healing just fine… the doctor is great the nurses not so much. After having been sent here from Dental Innovations where the entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable the abrupt uncaring treatment of the staff here was a shock. My appointment was at 10 so i arrived early only to find out 10 means surgery at 10:30 and I didn’t actually get in til 11. With people in the waiting room past their appointment/surgery times three members of the staff went outside to look at some guys 50’s hot rod. Not cool. Because they were unable to find the vein in my arm for anesthesia my arm is crazy bruised and sore as heck. I wasnt impressed. Glad Im healing just fine but I’ll find someplace else if I ever need oral surgery again!
