«Granite City Food & Brewery is a polished casual restaurant with an on-​site brewery. The on-​site brewery, with award-​winning hand crafted micro-​brews, is visible from the main dining and bar areas. The restaurants also showcase an open kitchen featuring chef developed, handcrafted made-​from-​scratch cuisine, includingÊinnovative signature entrees, flatbreads and more.

Our Patented Brewing Process:

Shortly before we opened our third store, we launched our patented brewing process, Fermentus Interruptusª, which makes micro brewing for multiple locations more efficient. This process, conceived and designed by Mr. Burdick, allows us to ship sweet liquid called wort, from our central brewing facility to individual stores. When this liquid reaches the stores, we begin the fermentation process and complete the brewing. We use Fermentus Interruptus at all of our Granite City Food & Brewery¨ locations.

The handcrafted beers Ðalso available in growlers — are moderately priced and offer unique styles and flavors not typically produced by major breweries. The patented brewing process, known as Fermentus InterruptusTM, makes replicating the same great taste simple and efficient throughout all Granite City Food and Brewery restaurants.»

Established in 2009.

Cadillac Ranch Great All-​American Bar and grill was founded in February of 2009 when it opened its first location in National Harbor, MD. National Harbor, the flagship location sits on a hill overlooking the skyline of our Nation’s capital, Washington D.C. Indianapolis is one of six outstanding location located in the heart of downtown in the historic Union Station. We are currently operating in Pittsburgh, PA, Annapolis, MD, Kendall, FL, Indianapolis, IN, National Harbor, MD, and in the Mall of America in Minneapolis, MN.

Thanks to our new owners, Granite City Investments, Cadillac Ranch can proudly say we offer an eclectic mix of great food, great service, and a fun and entertaining experience. We feature a made from scratch menu with a wide variety of steaks, burgers, seafood, pasta, salads and outstanding flatbreads. Couple that with multiple bars, a mechanical bull, and a rock ‘n roll inspired décor that will keep you coming back for more.

Nicholas Lake is the General Manager of our Cadillac Ranch Indianapolis /​Bartini’s location. His number one goal is also the mission statement of his company: Every Guest, Every Day. Nothing is more important than the experience of our guests.

Nicholas is committed to the personalization of service as well as the proper logistics planning it takes to ensure each guest, as well as each event we book, get the experience we are devoted to giving.
