Union Station Self Park

I have had 2 vehicles parked with monthly passes in this garage for the last five years. A month ago I had my wife’s car was broken into. They stole nothing and trashed the interior. A week ago I got my truck back window kicked in. The person entered the vehicle and trashed it. I notified the parking attendants for both incidents and they did nothing and didn’t care one bit each time. We called the emergency line to seek help and no one answered nor returned our voicemails. We understand that there are bad people that do bad things in the world but the lack of response from the employees and owners of the garage is really disheartening. Security definitely needs an upgrade. I’m looking for a new garage.

I like this garage because it is very near my work and also near the many places downtown that I enjoy visiting. However, I do not understand how all the spaces on the first 2 levels are reserved. It is frustrating to have to drive by so many open spots. Doors are rusty and hard to open. But, over all I would say things are improving after my last comment. Security has been amped up, even seen police cars parked inside with patrol officers just checking things out. Makes me feel safer. The smell inside has improved, I think they have stepped up the cleaning a notch, every so many weeks the elevators smell of lovely lemons… so it is improving. Maybe my review helped afterall. :)
