I find that the interior was very nice and I guess I was one of those lucky customers who had such a good time. I noticed that it was kind of busy and they are short on staff. So I understood why there was a wait I didn’t mind. They had a nice waiting area with recent updated magazines. But when they sat me done, I had a very professional staff they did what you wanted and they know what to do. Even shape in my nails and she didn’t cut me up at all. Very nice I would definitely come back for a manicure any day.

The customer service here is HORRIBLE. No one seems to be interested in actually helping their customers, but to just rush through and do jobs that are half adequate. Luckily I used a gift certificate for my time spent here, but I will never return for future service.

I wish I could give this place a good review but I can’t. The staff are not friendly. They talk to each other in their language and customers are ignored. Their idea of a spa massage is not even close.

I will never go there again, the absolute worst place I’ve ever been! The nail techs were very rude. The man I had kept getting phone calls and actually started to face time while doing my nails. While he was gluing my tips on the women he had finished before me came up and told him that he didnt fill her nails in enough and they argued right over top of me until he decided to fix it(with a crappy attitude!) He actually made me get out of my seat so she could sit down and fix her nails. That is absolutely ridiculous!!! My nails look like crap and are uneven! They are extremely thick coated too! I asked him if he had other glitter polishes and he just said no and ignored me. When I obviously saw more glitter polish. Their selection was awful. My friend had also come with me to get a full set. Her tech didnt even ask her what she wanted and just started cutting her nails! So she had to get square tips instead of the pointed ones she wanted. The tech also kept upcharging her every 5 minutes. Told her one price and then it was more when it was time to pay. She was also very unfriendly. They acted like they didn’t want our business and trust me they sure wont get it again!

T.E.R.R.I.B.L.E. Don’t go here! Like seriously don’t go here. The nail color selection blows, the safe aren’t nice, the wait is way longer than it should be, and the store itself is in poor condition. I ended up nail polish as thick as a novel, square nails(asked for rounded), and was rushed out before I was even dry. Don’t make the same mistake I did… Friends don’t let friends go to KT nails. PS — Do yourself a favor and look at the«hidden» reviews on Unilocal — which means they were added by an individual who doesn’t normally review and therefore were hidden.

Do not go here they are rude and not every good I went there for a gel set and I didn’t really look at them till I got home and they had chips and waves in them so I went back to have them correct them and the lady basically clawed at my nails it was very painful. I had to ask for someone different and it wasn’t much better. Over priced and horrible service.

I went to KT Nails after I moved 25 away from my usual salon. I did a quick google search and KT Nails came up. After debating whether to go to a new place, I decided, «It’s a manicure. What could possibly go wrong?» That was a mistake. I showed up with a picture of the color and nail shape/length I wanted(I find this helpful). The gentleman asked if I was okay adding some length. I told him no problem as long as it wasn’t acrylic(I’m a nurse and that’s a no-no). He said that he would be doing a gel tip process, so I agreed. As he was doing my nails, I kept chatting to him about how excited I was to try out this dark navy color I had found and how important a workable length was with me being a nurse. He grew very frustrated when I repeatedly asked him to file the nails down further due to their length being FAR too long to be functional. Finally, after about an hour, I asked when we would be painting them. He replied, «We’re not painting them, this is a french manicure.» When I told him that a french manicure is FAR from what I asked for, he replied that the«french manicure was very beautiful and we would paint next time.» In shock, I paid for the manicure(which involved him removing my credit card from my wallet because my nails were too horrid to be able to do that myself) and went to my car nearly in tears. I drove down the road to another salon to ask them to do damage control and in talking with the nail tech, she said that multiple times a week they have people come down from KT nails seeking damage control. She GUESSED that the salon was empty when i was getting my nails done, explaining that people have complained that the folks at KT Nails give them a random expensive treatment when the salon is empty instead of what the customer is asking for in order to make money. It’s funny how my «beautiful french manicure» cost me $ 38 instead of the $ 25 shellac, huh? Needless to say, I will NEVEREVEREVER go back there and will forbid my friends from going there either. A complete waste of time, money and was potentially the worst customer service experience of my life.

KT Nails can be hit or miss depending on the nail tech and your personal preference. Most of the techs here are fine but I feel a couple of them are still hit or miss. I left for several years due to a nail tech cutting my cuticles. Since returning this past year and after much experience, I highly recommend you wait for the tech you prefer or call ahead and make an appointment for that person. I have two favorite go-to individuals for pedicures and three for acrylics and they all do a good job. My experience has been if you’re unhappy speak up while there and the owners will try to correct it. The biggest problem I have with the shop is Steve or Tina(owners) rushing through nails or bouncing back and forth getting new customers situated(filling water in pedicure chairs, polishing another customer waiting, etc.). They ARE the owners and only do nails when it’s extremely busy so it is appreciated, even with the distractions, to get customers in and out as quickly as possible. But sometimes I want to be selfish and have my nail tech completely focus on who’s in front of them. The nail techs I usually wait for or schedule appointments have the opportunity to dedicate themselves to each client. Steve and Tina are the owners, and good nail techs, who try to make everyone happy but slow down and delegate please.

I stopped in here for a mani/pedi for a friends wedding. Do NOT go here. I got a shellac manicure and it peeled off in 4 days, which typically, a shellac manicure lasts about 2 weeks. Total waste of money. I could have done it better myself.

If your experience was anything like mine, what you save on your mani/pedi you will end up spending in medical bills when a careless technician chops off your cuticle. Skip this place, it’s a total dive.
