Comcast Service Center

Literally feel like I’m at a DMV. Staff looks DMV, their long desk they sit at looks DMV, there is a big ‘Now Serving’ electronic sigh. That looks DMV. Holding number I76.

I had a wonderful experience here. I was in and out in 5 minutes. They also gave me a discount. The other reviews are just bitter grapes. Stop in here instead of calling 800 number.

The waiting room to receive service had over 25 people shoved in here, and the employees found time to FIGHT OVER THE TV STATIONS!!! And when a customer noticed the lack of respect for all of our time and said, «Why don’t you turn the TV off and WAIT ON THESE PEOPLE!» the employee burst out in laughter and wouldn’t stop. No apologies, no hurrying up, nothing. I couldn’t hate a company any more than I hate Xfinity/​Comcast if I tried. I do not know how they stay in business. Awful customer service no matter what you do or who you talk to.
I’m happy to report that I am waiting in a huge line (been here over 45 minutes) to CANCEL my service. It’s thoughtful of them to provide a wifi signal so that I can write my Unilocal review while I wait on their slow service. I’m divorcing these rude pigs. I got DSL from CenturyLink, and guess what — so far all the customer service people are nice. And efficient. And respectful of time. Even the guy who came out to switch the service on was super nice. I’m sure they’re not perfect, but short of committing assault, they couldn’t be worse than Xfinity/​Comcast. So Comcast, you can kiss where the sun don’t shine. I will never give you another dollar.
I got a $ 40 flat antenna at Micro Center and found that I get as many stations at my house in Roseville through the air as I was getting on my more-​than-​basic cable service, anyhow. A fancier in-​the-​attic antenna would get even more, but I don’t care about TV enough to do that.

Comcast (now is called Xfinity) is the worst Internet service in the planet! Overcharging the service fee without noticing customer! I was charged with both basic cable service and Internet for about $ 71($ 51.95 /​month for Internet, $ 9 for cable, and other hidden fees)! When I called to cancel the cable service, the representative told me that according to the policy, I should pay $ 64 alone for the Internet if I cancel the cable! I ask him to show me where I could find the policy either in paper or on the website, he was not able to give me the answer but promised to transfer my call to «canceling department». I was waiting on the phone but the call was just hanged up by the representative! I tried a few more times and receives the same result over and over again! They just don’t wanna solve any problem for customers! Worst company and poor customer service!
