I have gone to Tick’s for years with my cars, my wife’s and mother-in=laws and have always been 100% satisfied. In fact I’ve recommended him to a number of good friends and they use his services too. Sean is honest, knowledgeable and forthright.

I have 8 cars, pride myself in maintaining them over long time. Yesterday I called Ticks Auto and left message asking for estimate on having EGR valve in my 98 Ford F 150 cleaned. This morning, Sean called, told me he didn’t want to waste his time, that my vehicle was too old for him to touch. He said he does work on them in another garage he works at, but that is mostly renovation. I was struck by his attitude given that the average car on the road is 12 years old. Now he won’t get a chance at my other 7 cars, nor my friends, or anyone else who mentions the company name to me. I think the clock is Ticking, and I predict Sean will be looking for a new place to work within the next 3 years. Too bad, have nice spot outside, it’s the attitude inside that will be the issue

Loved this place, the owner is there all the time to help you. I was in & out in 45min, and the owner called when my car was ready.
