I am an ACE Fitness certified personal trainer and NPC bikini competitior/​winner specializing in bikini competition preperation, functional weight training, bootcamps and online coaching. Here at Acetransformation I specialize in one-​on-​one and online personal training for clients who want to pursue and meet their fitness and weight loss goals. Whether you are training for a bikini competition, have specific weight goals to meet or want to live a healthy fit lifestyle I will get you to your goals! Each and every one of my clients receives unique and personalized training and nutrition plans to help them achieve their goals. I also educate my clients on the importance of healthy nutrition, proper technique of weight training, motivation and discipline.

My love for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is what motivated me to become a personal trainer. I took classes at the Equinox Sports Club in Irvine, CA and got my certification. I am currently training my clients at Next Level Fitness in Irvine where I do basic weight & strength training, kickboxing, and strongman workouts!

Amanda is great. My husband and I both train with her and are happy with our results (and he and I had very different individual goals to begin with as well). Training with her isn’t boring; she is always coming up with new exercises and routines in addition to the «oldies but goodies» exercises. Additionally, she is personable as well as professional which is quite important for a personal trainer.

At the beginning, Amanda was a good trainer. I worked with her until I had something going on. After we discussed a plan, she decided to give my spot away so I started to train with another trainer. She is very unprofessional with the way she conducts business. She discussed events whether good or bad between me, as a client to other clients, trainers, and the owner of the gym. She also discussed events with her clients to me. It makes the environment for me very uncomfortable and the air between finding a new trainer thick. She has a two hour cancellation policy that I respect but she does not. She has cancelled within the window and charged me for the time.

Training with Amanda is never easy (in a good way). She pushes you past your limits and works with you to accomplish your goals. The first time I went in we spoke about where I wanted to get and what I should do and eat to get there. She’s the best!

She is very attentive to your needs and designs workouts to strengthen your weaknesses. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality, affordable one on one or group training.
