I had trouble finding a specific bulb for my ceiling fan at the big stores, and this place took care of me without hiking up the price. That was key for me – they didn’t rake me over the coals just because the item was hard to find. It was a cheap bulb and they treated it that way. As a result, they have earned my business for bigger purchases, along with referrals to friends.
The woman who helped me was very nice. They aren’t even an everyday retail store (just people working at office desks), so you may want to call first.
