Business Owner

Bill McIntosh founded Cool Air Technologies, Inc. over 16 years ago. To date, he has over 22 years plus in the Heating and Air Conditioning field.

He and his wife, Trish, who manages the office, are homeowners, and have lived in Orange County their whole lives. They are proud to service the community they and their children and family members live in.

When Bill envisioned having his own company, he knew he would insist on providing his clients the best advice for their heating and air conditioning needs possible. Bill would do so by offering a no-​pressure, firm written bid for every job, backed by the best workmanship warranties in the industry, in addition to the manufacturer’s warranties on material.
