We just closed on a home refi. Ron T at HighTech was great to work with. The process went very smoothly. I appreciated how thorough they were with everything and how easy and helpful they were to work with. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a legit company for a refi or home loan.

Michael Robinson from Hightech Lending made my home refinance quick and painless. I’m so glad I chose to go with him after almost closing with somebody else. I highly recommend working with him and his team. They worked long hours to make things happen and they were always responsive when ever I had a question. I have recently refinanced my mortgage and landed with the unfortunately named «HighTechLending» as my lender. They do not accept payments online. Really. I cannot make this up. When I called to ask how to make payments online, they informed me that it would be $ 9.50 to make the payment by phone, and they have no plans at this time to offer services to accept online payments. I asked how they could possibly be named «HighTechLending» and they said that it is only a name. Obviously. So now I am going to go through this again, so that I can work with a group that may not require me to be working with smoke signals and the pony express.

Just closed on a home with a very tricky investment loan. I spoke to two other money lenders who both told me that it would be impossible for me to get an investor loan because my money was not properly seasoned. Luckily my realtor put me in touch with Will Toorosian at High Tech Lending just before I gave up. He spent hours on the phone brainstorming with me and helped me come up with a solid plan. He covered every possible angle and was able to find a way to get my loan done. Beyond being highly creative, he was also extremely professional, friendly and provided excellent communication. He was very easy to get a hold of, almost always answered the phone, the few times he did not, he called back immediately. Will absolutely met and exceeded my expectations in every possible way. Will was amazing! A true hero in lending!
