My wife purchased a 60-minute massage for me on Groupon. When I called to schedule, the lady told me to text her. I had to text her twice to get a response. I finally got an appointment and showed up 7 minutes late on a Saturday and she told me they gave my time spot away. I rescheduled for 5 pm on a weekday. This was before she told me that she was not making any money on the Groupon deals and insisted that I tip her on the full price of a massage. I left work early in LA to make the appointment when I received a call from her at 3:45 cancelling the appointment. These people are very unprofessional, I had my wife cancel and get a refund. I will not go back and would not recommend them.

I purchased a Groupon for two 60-minute Thai Massages for my son and lovely daughter-in-law at Irvine Chiropractic & Holistic Health Center. My daughter-in-law did not receive a Thai massage at all. The massage therapist was purely interested in getting people as customers for her other services. Instead my daughter-in-law received an hour long of unsolicited medical advice, sales pitches, and rude opinions about her personal life choices.
