As your Personal Trainer we will first meet with you and take you through an orientation process where we talk about your goals, your fitness history, and where you would want to be after a specific amount of time of training.

We conduct a weigh in, measure you and discuss the best nutritional and workout program that will match your needs. Most of our clients want to tone, tighten, burn fat, lose weight and look great. We work with beginners and advance clientele as well, weather in great health or have any type of injury.

We perform a One on One as well as small group personal training and are flexible to accommodate your schedule.

We help men and women in Irvine and Orange County lose weight, tone their muscle, burn stubborn belly fat and make them feel and look great. We combine our 31 Day Fat Loss Nutrition Program together with fat burning workouts to help you shed fat fast.

History

Established in 2002.

We do have a long time history of years of weight loss with Irvine Personal Trainer. We have transformed bodies and lives of hundreds of Irvine and Orange County residents through our various personal training programs. Among some of the fitness programs we have run in Irvine include;10 Week body transformation for men and women, weight loss challenge, Irvine Boot Camps and Personal Training.

My name is Anderson, and I have worked as a personal trainer for over 10 years to build strong bodies, optimum health, and self confidence. I have also transformed lots of people’s lives by reshaping their bodies and getting them the physique they thought they would never have achieved. I spent years of learning from The University of Nairobi, and together with many other nationally recognized certifications, I have used the knowledge to build strong nutritional pillars and workout libraries that get my clients the best bodies.

I write fitness blogs, create workouts, teach these workouts personally, and assess the client’s progress. Training with me is like having me 247.
