BEST DENTAL OFFICE ! OUTSTANDING care and professional service. I just had a crown and porcelain onlay done today and I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Robertson and his team answered all my questions and took their time to be sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I really appreciated Dr. Robertson and McKenzie explaining each step and they called me the next day to check on me !!! I never had any pain from start to finish. Thank you everyone for making me feel so cared for. I will NEVER go anywhere else for my dentistry.

I chipped my front tooth in class one day and needed it fixed ASAP. I was stressing out about having to get a crown or an implant and I hadn’t been to the dentist in 15 years or so after a bad experience with another dentist (insurance fraud). Dr. Robertson worked on my husband when he needed some emergency dental work a few months ago. My husband is terrified of the dentist but could only sing Dr. Robertson’s praises, so I decided to give him a try since I knew I had some cavities that needed care. I am a special needs patient due to a previous jaw injury. Dr. Robertson did an amazing job filling the chip, didn’t try to up-​sell me on unnecessary work. When it came time to fill three cavities in one shot, he was VERY conscientious about my needs and really helped me get through the process with minimal pain in my jaw. His staff is INCREDIBLE! Each of the ladies that works for him is warm, friendly, compassionate, willing to go the extra mile to accommodate your requests and needs, very proactive. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Robertson and his staff. They are all amazing!

Dr Robertson and his whole staff are amazing! I went in because I cracked a molar (one of two reasons you finally make that appointment, right? The other being pain) and from the second I walked in for my consultation they left my fears at the door. Not only is the front staff amazing, they remember you they are compassionate and empathetic. They don’t make you feel like you need unnecessary procedures, or try and upsell you. Jonie, the office manager is so kind and has the most contagious laugh. She makes you feel like a friend, and is always willing to work with your insurance. Jolinda who always happens to be my assistant is so warm, friendly, calming, and makes a personal connection. I’m so happy here! I continue to refer people because Dr Robertson has completely taken my fear of dentistry away. He is gentle, patient, and actually does the work himself instead of having someone else do it and collect the income. He is warm, genuine, and really wants to make sure you’re comfortable and no longer in pain. Thank you guys so much!

Paid EXTRA for a implant «bridge» on Dr Robertson advice. It was made to THIN it broke, so I ended up with no bridge.
Then the tooth part of the implant fell off less than 3 months later. Been a nightmare.
I did mention this to them, I feel they have there money. So they could care less !
With that said. There office staff is very sweet, That is not the issue.
You will find me under my married name. Carol H I got your call for the «no charge» consultation. But i am worn out with teeth popping off broken implants because they were made to thin, which you admitted yourself! If my teeth were difficult, than something should of been said. Before my money was taken!

This is the most awesome dental office I’ve ever experienced. The staff is always friendly and courteous and all have big smiles on their face. The dental hygienist cleaned my teeth and they were whiter than they ever had been. I am a heavy coffee drinker and previous hygienist couldn’t get rid of some of my stains, but Rhonda did. Just awesome. As for Dr Robertson himself, he is a true professional. He was able to squeeze me into his appointments based on my needs. My teeth have never felt better and all of it was completely pain free. No more dread going to the dentist. I actually look forward to my next appointment.

We’re long-​time clients of Dr. Robertson & Company, and we love our visits to his office. Dr. Robertson, and all the dental hygienists (Go Rhonda!) and staff, provide the very BEST care possible. Whether it’s a simple cleaning and check-​up, the need for fillings, cosmetic dentistry or other procedures, they do it all, and always with a smile! (Carol’s smile –front office – is just infectious, and stays with you all day!) The last time I was in, Dr. Robertson even adjusted my retainer, as a favor to me. I’ve been going to Dr. Robertson for almost 10 years. The office is extremely clean and it is a very well run operation. I come in twice a year for clean-​ups and xrays, I also had an implant done a few years back. Dr. Robertson is a perfectionist and doesn’t take shortcuts. I was recommended to him by a close friend, now my wife goes there. If you’re looking for a good dentist, this is it. This is not the cheapest place, but keep in mind, you get what you pay for and it is well worth spending a little extra and getting it done right.

Please do yourself a favor, if you have ever fretted about going to the dentist or apprehensive about what to expect or had a not so pleasant experience? Visit Dr. Robertson and Staff for a wonderful pleasant caring experience. My recent visit to Dr Robertson’s office consisted of a visit to my regular dental hygienist Rhonda who provided a wonderful cleaning experience. She is very detailed and experienced and a wonderful conversationalist.
Then it was off to see Dr. Robertson for a filling with Mckenzie and Jolinda providing their marvelous assistance. They are always smiling and happy to guide you along experience. As Dr. Robertson starts the procedure, he always greets you in a wonderful way, explains what the procedure will entail, and before each step begins, give you a heads up of what you will experience. Dr. Robertson has phenomenally steady hands and administers the best techniques for a pain free customer experience.
All along the way, Dr. Robertson checks with you constantly to ensure everything is ok which is a great relief in itself. My previous dentists never did that and in all honestly just said Open Up and say Ahhhhhh, and then proceeded to start working away pounding and drilling away, never asking how you are, as you hang on for the ride of your life
Before I could even realize that I had a couple brief conversations with Dr. Robertson, in a flash Dr. Robertson was finished with my filling work, and I was headed on my way home.
I have been going to Dr. Robertson and Staff for many years and so thankful I found them.
Their entire staff is always cheerful and happy always greeting you and assisting you along the way. A big shout out to Carol who normally greets you first as you arrive and Theresa right next to Carol who both provide a wonder customer experience. I continue to pass the word to everyone regarding Dr. Robertson and Staff as they continually go above and beyond and are the best around!!!
They provide a cheerful wonderful caring customer experience and they are my forever dentist.

A big shout out to Rhonda who always goes the extra mile to see that my cleanings are top notch, concise and precise, and most of all «Ultra Clean». During all the years I have been going to Dr. Robertson’s office, the health of my teeth have improved dramatically 300 percent !. I attribute this to the exemplary cleanings as provided by Rhonda, with Dr. Robertson’s highest care and guidance, and the incredible team of staff that ensure the entire office works as smooth and organized as a «Swiss Watch».
Carol does a marvelous job in welcoming you, assisting you with all your scheduling needs and always has friendly happy smile. Carol really does set the pace into the beginning of your appointment. She is Great!
How can you not feel welcomed when you are going to the best Dentist in Orange County or California for that matter? You wouldn’t think going to the dentist is a positive experience but when I go to Dr. Robertson’s office, not only is he kind, caring and honest. His staff is unbelievable and they truly, genuinely care! Starting with Carol at the front desk, always greets you with a smile, then Tara, a complete sweetheart, and the hygienist, Raquelle so sweet and gentle. I had a great experience at Jeffery Robertson, DDS. I was warmly greeted by the front office manager. My dental hygienist, Rhonda, did my Xrays and teeth cleaning and I was very impressed by her professionalism and bedside manner. She was very thorough and gentle with my teeth cleaning. This office has a state of the art xray machine that takes an xray around your entire head/​mouth. The office was very clean and up to date. You should give them a try and be sure to schedule your appointment with Rhonda.
There is ample parking outside of their office.
