My name is Joe Kramer and I have been a Mortgage Banker in Orange County since 1991. I have closed over 2,000 loans in my career. This experience has allowed me to provide a trouble free process for my clients in the ever changing mortgage environment.

I strongly feel the Mortgage Industry is not about Loans & Real Estate. It is about building and maintaining relationships. My goal is to be your Lender for life. I value all my Relationships. My top priority during the loan process is to exceed your expectations so, you will want to refer me to your friends and family.

My specialty is what I like to call, Mortgage Planning. This is simply determining your future Goals & Dreams and giving you a plan to accomplish those Dreams.
