I used this law firm for a loan modification. The first several times I called in, things went very smoothly. The paralegal in charge of loan mods was very thorough and patient in answering questions. She did recommend a short sale instead of a loan mod. However, she stated that she would do a loan mod if that is what I wanted. I went ahead and paid the loan mod fee and submitted all of the paperwork. The problem is that the follow up was lacking. I emailed and called several times and many times the reply was that the paralegal in charge of the loan mods (Sonja) was sick or would call me back. The attorney (Michael Naso) did not seem to know the details of the case so there was no success in getting an answer from him. More than a year after starting the loan mod process with them, I still have not received any follow up. The only reason why I am posting this review now is because I found a good law firm and remembered how much money and time I wasted with this law firm.
