Our law firm prepares custom living trusts, wills, powers of attorney and healthcare directives for our clients. This ensures that they, instead of the government, gets to decide who will make decisions regarding themselves, their family and their assets if they can not make them due to incapacity or passing on.

In addition we advise clients on such Elder Law and Long Term Care issues as qualifying for Medi-Cal and the Veterans Administration Aid and Attendance Pension Benefit and avoiding the Medi-Cal Estate Recovery Lien.

Brian was born and raised on the San Francisco Peninsula, attended school at the University of Southern California for eight years, returned to the Silicon Valley from 1992 – 2008 and has most recently moved back down to Southern California to live in Irvine. He and his wife Michelle have 2 children.

Brian is easy, accommodating and very helpful in setting up our Will and Trust for our family. I didn’t know anything about the sort before but one conversation with Brian and he made it clear for us in terms we could easily understand. Ours was a special case too given that we are new to the area, and Brian looked into a lot of the answers to our questions and helped make things clearer.
He and his assistant Emily were very efficient too when we came to the office to sign and notarize all our documents.
I feel better now that this is all set up for our family and that it is in Brian’s hands. We’d definitely recommend him to anyone that asked.

Brian Chew and his assistant Justina made our estate planning experience so easy and, dare I say, enjoyable. We signed a big pile of documents which were then presented to us in a neat binder. A few days later, we received our signed and notarized documents in an email which makes archiving them easier than anything an attorney has given us in all the years we’ve been married. WILLS & TRUSTS
They have trust packages at a reasonable price [under $ 2000], and they are very attentive to what you need for your estate planning services. They also transfer the homes into the trust, draft the deeds, and record the deeds for you.
IRREVOCABLE TRUSTS
They also do a lot of irrevocable trusts as well.
