I’m so glad I found Dan from OC Window Restoration (found out later they’re also called Orange County Coastal Glass). I have a bunch of windows that are over 20 years old that cannot be opened. The windows are still in good shape I didn’t want to replace them. The house was built in the 90’s when having lots of windows were in trend. Most places that I called just wanted to sell me new windows which are very costly given the house has over 40+ windows.
When I called OC Window restoration, Dan knows exactly what’s wrong with the windows and gave me a quote over the phone.
Originally, I was just going to have him fix some of the windows that are used the most. Dan & Richard did such a good job, I had them repair all the windows.
Now, I can open the windows effortlessly to let the fresh breeze in.

I called July 13 to get an estimate for window glass replacement and left messages three times during the day. Tues a called was returned. I explained that I needed window glass replaced in four windows. The caller then asked the approximate sizes and I gave them. I then asked that he come out to take accurate measurements so as to get a price rather than get an over the phone ball park price. He said he would call Wed to set up a time. He never returned the call. If OC Windows does not want to do the work just say so.

Dan went to the job site the next working day and gave me a thorough evaluation and offered a solution for me to consider. About 4 weeks ago I called OC window resoration to fix a broken window. They sent a guy out. I had already given them the serial number of the broken part. However the technician wasn’t aware and said he didn’t have the part and needed to order it. He then proceeded to leave without any info regarding when he’d be back or when the part would be available. I called about a week later and a lady said they would call me when the part was available. Well it’s been over a month and nobody from the company has called to give any info.

Kyle was very easy to work with and flexible, Jessica in the office was super friendly and responsive, and the team of installers lead by Roger couldn’t have been nicer and more polite. I think the area they worked on is cleaner now than before they came. I’m going to have the rest of my windows done if the less used parts of the house very soon.

After 11 months of a grueling remodel, OC Window Restoration was truly a bright spot! Kyle replaced multiple panes of glass for us as well as provided AMAZING QUALITY shutters for our entire home. We felt Kyle was very thorough, and professional while providing very competitive pricing. Lisa, the designer who assisted us in selections for our entire home of shutters was professional, warm and friendly as was John the installer, meticulous with every detail, and unbelievable neat! You will never know he was in your home… with the exception of the beautiful work he will leave behind!

I recently purchased my first home and one of the to do items was fix some windows that didn’t open correctly. After calling around to various companies, it seemed like all anyone wanted to do was sell me new windows. I literally couldn’t even find a company that did window repair… until I called OC Window Restoration. After I talked to Kyle, I breathed a sigh of relief. This guy literally saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars. He searched for rare parts for my windows and was able to find them and the prices were reasonable. Not only that, one of my windows was bowed out and everyone said I needed a new window for sure. Kyle called me and said he was thinking about it and he thought he figured out a way to fix it without having to replace it. Success! Go with these guys you won’t be disappointed!
