Since 1973, when Roy began working under his father’s supervision, this ninth-​generation building industry veteran has met hundreds of customers’ needs. In 2006 Roy began to focus on the challenge of our failing copper water systems and further developed the US Navy epoxy system for the restoration of failing water lines. His new system is suitable for use in our homes and office buildings and has provided for hundreds of repairs since 2008. Roy now works with his sons to provide epoxy lining and plumbing service in Orange County, CA and is leaving happy customers behind.

Very professional honest and punctual. Roy and his team explained every detail in the process of having the one line done. Roy even went out of his way to correct things that were done incorrectly by another plumbing company. I would give them ten stars. I highly recommend Pipeline restoration.

We’ve been dealing with Roy and his team for about six years, from a slab leak to re-​routing our mainline pipe. He’s the only one we’ll call.
Pros
On-​Time. Says an arrival time and he’s always prompt.
Price. Their epoxy lining technique is half the price of re-​piping. Most plumbers will simply re-​do the pipe and say, «the drywall repair is not our problem.»
Quality work. I dunno what kind of epoxy they shoot inside those copper pipes, but it works.
Minimal invasion. They cut small holes – one in the garage, the other under a sink – and patched them up when done.
Friendly. Roy, his son and the rest of the crew are always courteous and respectful of our floors, walls, furniture, etc.

We’ve recommended Roy to several neighbors, who’ll say the same thing. I sure don’t need another slab leak or plumbing repair, but if I do, I’ll call Roy’s team.

We had a massive plumbing leak which Pipeline Restoration was able to accurately detect and repair at a cost approximately half the price we were quoted by other contractors. They came to us highly recommended by our flood and water damage mitigation specialist. We were able to avoid having to tear up the concrete foundation using their method of acoustic localization and epoxy lining. It is like doing endoscopic surgery compared to open chest surgery which means it is much less disruptive.
The copper pipes in the Irvine area seem to be especially prone to erosion after a few years and every week, we hear of some neighbor in our listserve who has had a significant leak. We had two previous small leaks which we had disregarded as insignificant prior to the massive leak and did not want to have a repetition of the massive leak since it was so disruptive and expensive.Afterwards. we elected to have the whole house piping coated with epoxy to eliminate the likelihood of a recurrent leak. We feel much better with this additional layer of protection for the pipes. We did a lot of research into the track record of this technology which goes back several decades and it has an amazing record of success. We feel better knowing that our home is much better protected with the epoxy coating which this company backs up with a lifetime warranty. We also had a shower repaired by this firm with Chris who did great job which had been chronically leaking and which previous plumbers did not repair as well.

I had another slab leak and this time got 3 quotes to find and repair the problem. Two quotes were basically the same and my long time plumber quoted me nearing 3 times as much as the others. In the end I chose Pipeline based on their price and Mike and Chris. The work was done the next day, the repair took less time then the predicted (and the price reflected that) and the house looked like they had never been there. Needless to say, Pipeline is now my go to plumbing company.

Chris was the plumber that serviced our house and he was very thorough with his findings of the hot water leak in the kitchen area. He setup a temporary hot water line so our lives will not be disrupted as we waited for the epoxy team for the repair. The epoxy team led by Jaime came two business days later and was very efficient. Jaime tested to make sure the leak was ready for the epoxy coating and did the repair. Chris then came back to test and make sure the pipes are good and completed the job. Chris was very knowledgeable and we were very comfortable in committing with his company. We had two other plumbers come in before Pipeline and they could not resolve our problem.

The old copper pipes in South OC are notoriously flaky, and we were daunted by the prospect of repiping our house with pex tubing. However, Pipeline Restoration gave our existing pipes an epoxy coating at a lower cost and a faster turnaround. Water flows great, with no unpleasant smell/​taste change. These guys were also really easy to work with, were very considerate, and worked quickly. They even put us up in a hotel overnight while the water was turned off! I’d highly recommend them.

These guys are absolutely best! I called them to find the leak in my house. House is rather large and previous company I called came and quit after spanding 5 hours and charging a lot of money. After that I called Pipeline Restoration by looking at the Unilocal reviews. I was not hopeful but Chris from pipeline restoration had a very systematic approach and easily found the leak and isolated the pipe from the rest of the plumbing system. The other guys that came the next 2 days were also very professional and polite. Don’t waste your money on any other company. Just call these guys.

The customer service is the best. I have a really high water bill this month, so I called for a water leak detection. It is completely free and Chris did a really detailed job. He checked every bathrooms and kitchen in my house. And find there is no leak. He also gives me some advice about checking the pool leaking and garden leaking. Definitely will use them again if I have some problems in the future.

Chris, Came out to check a damp spot we had on our carpet. He was great to work with, very polite and took a lot of time checking for out leak. He did not charge for anything. These guys are honest and heart and I will call them if the leak comes back.
He first did a check electronically listening for leaks at all the pipes. He opened the wall at the damp spot and checked and found nothing. Then he checked our water pressure and found it to be high even though we just had the regulator replaced. He adjusted the pressure and then checked for any drop in pressure and nothing. He advised us to dry it out and see. We might not have a leak and it might be the pressure was too high.

I called at around 11am and talked to Bob — what a guy– great sense of humor and explained the problem and was told that he would call me back in 10 minutes as everyone was out on jobs but he would do his best. He did more than his best– he called me back within 5 minutes max and told me someone would be at my place between 2 and 4pm
At 10 minutes to 2pm, my phone rings and Chris tells me he would be at my house within 15 minutes, He was here on the dot. He got out his magic wand and I explained what had happened. This great jovial guy went to work and he found no leaks where the problem was supposed to be. He was not satisfied and went around the house and checked each and every hose bib and found NO leaks. He even made my listen so that I could differentiate between a leak and a no leak sound on his ear plugs. Who does that? He assured me that there were no leaks he could hear.
What a relief. What a company and Chris and Bob are their weight in GOLD
For all this and NO CHARGE — Honest.
In these times, it is almost impossible to find people like Chris

Excellent service from start to finish! As a woman I’m always skeptical when needing services. This company and employees put you at ease. The appointment was made with a friendly voice within 48 hrs. Then Chris came out. Extremely informative and he went over different options to economically resolve my pipe leaking problem. Best. Service. Ever… Seriously. I used to work in retail so I’d like l to think I know a lot about customer service, but Chris just took the cake (with a cherry on top!). Last week I thought I had a slab leek. I called Pipeline and they scheduled an appointment the very next morning. Chris came out and he was actually 10 minutes early. He checked my meter and all my plumbing and assessed that I didn’t have a leak at all. Most likely I had an AC issue. Chris was friendly and informative. I’m grateful for Pipeline getting me an appointment ASAP and Chris coming out right away. If I ever need plumbing work in the future, I would definitely call this company again.

I had a slab leak issue in my house. Right away i went onto Unilocal and looked for pipe expert and Pipeline Restoration was the first to come up with 5 star reviews. When we had the inspection done, Chris arrived to our house and he was able to locate the pipe leak right away and offered us 2 options. Once we decided which option was best i was about to schedule that very same day for the repair.
Jamie and Tony conducted the repair and they were very professional and clean when they did the repair. They let me know the steps and how long it would take for the process.
Overall, great experience! 100% recommend. I had other companies come out and told me i had to take down my drywall so they can reroute my water line and that i will have to claim insurance. Pipeline Restoration told me we had to do no such thing and the only repair we had to do is patch up the small hole the left in the drywall which is really simple. THANK YOU guys for your fast work!

Super professional and competent. I chose Pipeline Restoration to do a complete repipe based on the experience we had with them prior to signing a contract. All the leaks that the previous plumbers couldn’t fix without more money were tended to by them.
They covered all of my tenant’s belongings in plastic except for the portion in the water damaged areas. Granted, the people who did the restoration weren’t careful with it so the mess just brought about more messiness and unfortunately I wasn’t there to point out that oversight. I’m sure they would have had I known and said something about it.
I also asked them to change out the ancient shower valves that were installed and they did so with a small fee. I’m glad I went with them because of their lifetime warranty on labor. One of the shower valves failed a couple days later and so they had to cut into the freshly painted drywall again to fix it and then patch it back up again. You’re in good hands with Pipeline Restoration.
