Do not come here! The owner is very shady. I had dropped my phone in the water and brought it in. A few hours later he called me to say that it was not repairable. When I went to pick up my phone, he had switched my screen with a broken one. That’s about as deceitful and shady as they come.

This place (and owner Shervin) is super shady. Very bad vibe when stepping into their dark little hole in the wall office. They charge just as much as Apple Store but use substandard parts from eBay and don’t offer a warranty. So why bother? Do yourself a favor and get it done by Apple. You’ll sleep much better at night knowing your phone was repaired properly and that the parts and labor are fully warrantied.

Worst service and quality ever. The owner himself helped me and was a complete jerk, I was completely in shock, I’ve never been treated so rude. I got my iPhone 6 screen replaced. He said no problem it’ll be 30 mi it’s… After 2 hours we called and he said he needed a bed screen it would be done by the end of the day. I called around 5 and it still hadn’t been done. He kept it for a few days. THEN my screw wasn’t even completely put on and I was already on vacation so I called him and he said no problem bring it in when I get back so I did and he kept it for a few hours again and finally said no he couldn’t do anything and he wouldn’t give me my phone back. Finally after a week i got it back. Never go here!!!

Shervin was cool at 1^st (alittle too 420 friendly) but after he intalled the wrong screen into my phone he gave me the run-​a-​around for 2 weeks because it wasn’t the right screen the volume button wasn’t working right which caused another problem; which he could not fix and could not get me a refund. Would not go to this shop or recommed this shop to anyone.

Absolutely speechless, unprofessional to say the least thanks for ripping my girlfriend off by giving her her phone back with cracked and not giving is the refund for fucking it up internal thought you were a legit dude but thanks anyways

They come through!
When our Android S5 screen cracked, I found out from quite a few repair stores that it wasn’t an easy fix and many didn’t do it at all due to the thin glass and different type of glue used that made the job difficult. Most of them wanted only to replace the glass and LCD together to make it simpler. After talking to Shervin, he indicated it wouldn’t be a problem and the price was much lower than the competitors.
They replaced the screen and delivered the phone to my home.

Fast and friendly service. They said it would take 30 mins to fix my broken screen on my iPhone 6 and it was ready in 30 min.
The staff were friendly and I had no issues with any of them.

Fast friendly customer service and very knowledgable about his work. Not sure about the negative reviews here but my personal experience was nothing short of the 5 stars it deserves!
If you need your iPhone or galaxy repaired these are the guys you need to see, would highly recommend them to friend and family members.

If I can give 0 stars I would but this guy the owner shervin is the biggest douchebag in the history. My father went to him to fix his shattered screen but instead he busted my fathers phone even more. His touch screen wasn’t working. After my father went to him to tell him about his issue the idiot owner flipped on my father STARTED YELLING not giving his phone back. His employee was recording the whole thing my father couldn’t even call the cops because shervin wouldn’t give my fathers phone. He practically kicked out my father out of the shop and started yelling at him outside my father is 62 years old and this man is half is age and yelling at a grown man like that and flipping out. He is not worth any penny of it and he’s a scam he only takes cash and won’t give your receipt and when you have a problem he flips out.
Warning do not go alone if you tend to do so and be prepared for a shitty job and make sure to document everything he does for your own proof. We’re getting lawyers and the police involve for harassment. This is the worst company and person we’ve ever dealt with.
He’s not normal and for sure on some drug because how can one human being going from nice to about to jump my 62 year old father. That’s pathetic!!!

Pretty sure he’s high on weed the 2 times I have seen him at his shop, but that doesn’t bother me since I smoke as well. What bothered me was that the screen protector that he claims to be «the best» was not even close to being good.
So here’s the story:
I went in for a glass screen protector for my iPhone and he pulls out this «best $ 50 glass protector» that he will sell me for $ 20 because they have a special going on. When he put it on, it looked fine, but after a day there was a giant bubble on the side near my frame, and we figured out that it was due to a bent frame. So this incident was not his fault.
The 2^nd visit was after I had gotten a new phone from the Apple store because of the bent frame. He sold me the 2^nd screen protector for $ 15 because I guess he felt bad or something, but I did not have exact change for him (I had two $ 10 bills), so he just accepted $ 10 as payment, which is really nice of him, but the next day I noticed the screen was coming off again, so I thought to myself «could it really be another bent frame?! I just got it swapped out at the Apple store a day ago!»
At this time I was already in a rush because I was heading out of the country a couple days later so I did not have time to go back in. As it turns out, I was informed from 3 different screen protector shops in Taiwan that the glass protector he used is nowhere near great quality and that it’s most likely from China. My frame this time was not bent. It was the screen protector’s glue that was coming off, that’s why the protector looked like it had air bubbles.
Needless to say, I had that one removed at a shop in Taiwan and got an actual great quality protector from the shop in Taiwan.
I just don’t like being lied to about the products that I am coming to purchase from you. The 2 times I was in the shop, he had to ask another customer to make change for me because he didn’t have change for my $ 100 and didn’t have change when i had two $ 10 bills. He seems like he’s not very prepared to own a business.
2 Star rating because he seemed nice, but at the end of the day, it’s still about the product.

Shervin and Andre took amazing care of me! They fixed the screens on two of my iPhones (#butterfingers #needtoworkonmyphoneholdingskills #shatteredscreensshatteredheart). They were able to handle my needs the very same day, in under an hour! Very professional, fun crew, great conversation and super attentive to my needs… made me feel welcome and at home while I waited.
Highly recommend Smartphone Repair to anyone in the area… Super nice, Great hours, amazing workmanship, incredibly priced, and very respectful of your time. Why go anywhere else? Done and done :)

This is the best place to repair phones and add tech to them in ALL OF ORANGE COUNTY. Not only to they deal with the factories/​companies direct, but they have more then affordable prices. Not to mention the staff is super friendly and trust worthy.
If you go somewhere else win your phone, consider it a mistake.

This shop is conveniently located near my office which makes it perfect for me. The shop is also open late, so no added pressure to take off from work early if you drop off your phone during lunch.
I hope I don’t need to go back anytime soon, but will definitely return if I need ay repair work done.

This is definitely the place to go!!! I’m literally amazed by the work they can do. My phone was completely split down the middle and I never thought it could be repaired. He literally built my phone back from scratch and saved me from spending $ 700 on a new iPhone 6. They were super quick and accommodating. My phone looks better then it did as brand new. I noticed one small thing wasn’t working, he asked me to bring it back and he fixed it for free. This guy is legit, there is nobody else I would call. I’m referring everyone I know here. And for those of you who don’t believe me, I attached a picture of what my phone looked like when I brought it to him. This place is awesome

Originally, I took my shattered screen in for repair, and Shervin (owner) promised me he could fix it by the end of the day for $ 70. However, I didn’t get my phone until 4 days later… All the while, he kept telling me «it’s almost ready, you can pick it up really soon!» Every time I checked in or drove there, it would be «just about ready» but then turn out not to be. When I finally did get my phone back, I waited two hours in his shop as he «put the finishing touches on it».
THEN, a week later, my phone screen cracked again. I thought it was kinda suspicious. I hadn’t done anything to it. I decided to let it go and went back to Shervin again since the price was so good. He said he’d fix it for me in a day, but by this time I knew it would be much longer. A few days later, he called to say that my phone had cracked again when he put in the new screen. There was a problem with the frame that had been causing the screen to crack. I knew it! He tried to get me to pay more money for the repair, but after I argued with him (that it was his fault for not repairing it properly the first time), he agreed to give me the second fix for free. After pressuring Shervin a lot (because I had a big trip coming up), I got my phone a week later.
Just one day after getting my phone back, I noticed these sort of ripples appearing in my screen. At this point they’ve spread all around the frame of my screen (see picture). Additionally, my phone cracked AGAIN in the same place it did before.
I’ve called, emailed, and texted Shervin trying to ask him about this repair, but he won’t respond to me. All along he had been pressuring me to leave a 5 star review here, but I thought I should wait to see how things went, and now that I’m $ 70 in with my phone in an even worse state than I started with, my only consolation is to leave this review here so that you won’t get suckered in by this sleazy guy.

Despite the 4 stars for this business, I was a little hesitant from the other 1 star reviews. I should’ve trusted my instincts and stayed away.

UPDATE: yupp, it’s confirmed. he broke my USB charging port. I just fixed the issue myself. it was fun opening up my phone and seeing a random black part just fall out of my phone. A+ fixing.
I’m just gonna summarize my mediocre (turned frustrating) experience
Samsung S4: broken LCD, glass, and digitizer
— 200 for an replacement from Samsung +1 year warranty.
— picked the phone up
— noticed apps are missing… okay? that’s… odd.
— went to school, glued myself to my computer to write a thesis due in two days. (seriously speaking, my phone has spent more time in my bed than i have this week.)
— phone runs out of battery, plugged it in
— ERROR MESSAGE: «charging paused. battery temperature too low»
— my phone thinks it’s –25 degrees Celsius. (that’s –13 degrees Fahrenheit and impossible in OC.)
— replaced the battery, used different chargers, turned it off and on again, etc. nothing works.
what the hell happened to my phone over there?
— asked the previous owner if she had any temperature issues, she says no.
— i also have not had any temperature issues
(because if i did i would’ve gotten it fixed prior to this review, obviously)
— i call and this guy is seriously interrupting me while i’m trying to clearly explain my situation
— he’s basically blaming it on me and implying that i MUST have done something. No.
— i have had the phone for 12 hours
— this literally happened at two in the morning today.
— I even turned it in to this store at 90% battery earlier this week.
Overall, could have bought another S4 with the money I paid for my LCD, only to get ADDITIONAL issues that I’ll have to pay for in the future too?! Thanks Smartphone Repair! Now I have to constantly keep my phone connected to power, hooray for headaches!
