DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! I scheduled a car wash at my work for 4 pm today and no one showed up! They make you prepay for the wash when you schedule it so I was charged for the wash and no one showed up! I left a voicemail with their customer service but no one has responded yet. Unbelievable and unprofessional!

Scheduled an appointment online and provided them with my credit card number. I received an email confirmation, confirming the appointment, right after I signed up. Everything looked promising. However, on the appointment day they never showed up! I tried to call the number they provided and it just goes to voice mail and nobody ever called back. Wold suggest saving the time and the frustration. It appears this company went out of business, but forgot to take down their website.

I just moved to Lake Forest, and I wasn’t sure where to go to get a good car wash. I hate the drive through ones and don’t have the time to wash the car myself, plus live in an apartment complex so… anyways, I saw great reviews for this company. I booked an appointment, they came on time, Bryan was really nice and friendly and about 30 — 40 mins. later they finished washing my car at my apartment complex. Really good service with friendly faces to greet you. I would recommend this to anyone who doesn’t like to wash their own car or lacks the time to do it. Great job :)

I purchased the VIP package and added on leather seat conditioning and armorall vinyl conditioning (came to $ 115). The gentlemen showed up on time, and it was really hot out. They asked if I could move my car in the shade down the street, so I did. They worked on the car for about an hour and a half. When they were finished, I did a quick inspection (since I had to get back to work), tipped them $ 20 each, and went our separate ways. Upon closer inspection of the car, the glove compartment was not touched, neither were my cup holders or my center console. I was annoyed because I specifically took the time to clean everything out of there so they could clean, especially the console, which had some kind of melted hard candy at the bottom. There was also still beach sand in the trunk, it looks like they just did a light vacuum. Overall, it was not horrible, but I was disappointed in what I got for the amount I paid. I would use this company in the future for maybe a basic wash, but never one of their «VIP» or detail packages again.

Soaply is an amazing service that showed up to my home exactly when they promised! So convenient and precise with their wash, and detail. My car felt brand new again! I’m very happy with the service I received from Soaply, I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends & family!

I’ll start out this review by saying I am the kind of guy who will drive his car covered in dirt and filth before I waste any part of my day sitting around at the car wash.
With that being said, I am beyond pleased with the wash that soaply did and the transformation of my car. WHERE HAS THIS COMPANY BEEN MY ENTIRE LIFE?!
I booked online, and with in an hour someone was at my office. I sat comfortable and productive as can be in my chair well someone washed my car. No down time. No waste of my day. And when it was all said and done I walked out to a perfectly detailed car, fresh car scent, and a perfect conclusion to my day.
Their customer support team was amazing, the washer was the nicest guy ever and really did a fantastic job… if I could give more then 5 stars I would. No questions asked, they have a repeat customer for life.

Great idea, great car wash! I needed a quick wash before an important meeting and I made the appointment online in about a minute, paid and next thing you know they were at my office and they did a fantastic job. Thanks Soaply!

I called Soaply last minute, on a Friday, and got an immediate response from Gavin. They were able to come out the same day and shampoo my seats and carpets. The gentlemen who came, I forgot his name, was amazing. He did such a good job and even washed my car for me. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Thanks! :)

I had never gotten a mobile car wash service before because I didn’t think any of them were affordable, nor was I very trusting leaving my keys with someone. Now my car wasn’t very clean, inside or out and the thing looks brand new. Any items I left in my car were nearly put in a pile and the floors were spotless. I didn’t think it included detailing but my dash is even shiny, the interior was wiped clean. I don’t know who came up with the idea for this company but it’s brilliant and the detail specialist, Hugo, was extremely polite and even showed up 20 minutes early. I see no reason to do this myself or go to an expensive auto wash anymore charging 60 $ for the same thing, and your time waiting. This was all done while I was at work!

This service is infinitely better than spending all day at the car wash (or taking the time to find a good one)!
Hugo was extremely friendly, professional and did an excellent job.

This is my first Unilocal review, I could not not write about my experience with Soaply. So here it goes…
It’s very difficult for me to find time to take my car to the wash. Such a pain! Needless to say, I was very happy when I found out that Soaply will come to me at the date and time I select, too perfect!
They were right on time for the appointment I made. (Great first impression!) Hugo cleaned my car, he was very thorough. I’m very OCD about my car and always do a walk around after getting it cleaned. I always notice little spots missed and will have to point it out to the guy. I can honestly say this was not the case this time! I was VERY pleased with my car wash. My car looked brand new again! No complaints whatsoever.
***I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys!*** They’re great!!! Thanks Soaply for the great experience. I’ll be seeing you guys soon!

These guys are great. They came to wash my car right on time at the time I choose on a Saturday! During the middle of the wash it started pouring rain. They packed up and said they would just come the next day and redo the whole wash. And they did! I have a high end car and am picky and the car looked brand new when they were done. Hugo even took off a blemish from one of my lights! These guys are great! I would highly recommend them. So nice that a company does exactly what advertise. I will be using Soaply again. Nice stickers by the way.

I’ve seen more and more of those mobile car washing trucks rolling around Orange County. They come to your house and wash your cars using build in water tanks and power washers on their trucks.
Seems like a great idea — I freaking hate having to wait 30+ minutes in a plastic seat while my car is being washed at a typical car wash.
One time I saw one of these guys washing cars at a local school so I pulled up and asked if he could come to my house next. Nope. No go. He had no availability until 4 days later. Since I have no idea what time I will or won’t be home 4 days from now, I couldn’t make it work. He gave me his card, but I never got around to calling.
Recently I heard about Soaply, a business that is aggregating all these mobile car washing guys so all I do is go on my phone and pick the date and time I want my car washed and they show up and do it. I pay online so I never need cash and it’s dead simple.
I used them today to wash 4 vehicles (my family is in town) and I loved it! Hugo came ON TIME and did a fantastic job on the interior/​exterior. He was a cool dude, spoke english and spent about an hour and a half washing the cars.
I love this world that we live in where I can press a button and have a car show up or food show up or a car washer show up. It’s easy, it’s reasonably priced and it gets done! No more not washing my cars for months at a time because I dont want to go waste 45 minutes at a car wash. I will definitely use these guys again.
